Claims (5)
- 서열 번호 1에 나타난 염기 서열을 포함하는 TCTP 프로모터의 조절 하에서 핵산 분자를 클로닝 벡터와 결합하는 단계, 상기 클로닝 벡터를 식물 세포내에 도입하여 식물 세포를 형질 전환하는 단계, 상기 형질 전환된 식물 세포를 성장시키는 단계를 포함하여, 유전자를 발현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 전환 식물의 제조 방법.
- 아라비돕시스 게놈 DNA를 주형으로 사용하고, 한 쌍의 특이적 PCR 프라이머를 사용하여 상기 PCR에 의해 아라비돕시스로부터 서열 번호 1에 나타난 염기 서열을 포함하는 TCTP 프로모터 서열을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 서열 번호 1에 나타난 염기 서열을 가지는 아라비돕시스 번역 조절 종양 단백질(TCTP) 유전자의 5' 비전사 영역으로부터 분리되는 TCTP 프로모터의 조절하에서 유전자를 발현하는 유전자 전환 식물 세포.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 완두, 아라비돕시스, 담배 또는 일본 나팔꽃인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자 전환 식물.
- 제4항의 유전자 전환 식물의 종자, 잎, 줄기, 떡잎 및 뿌리.
