Claims (6)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트라코스타틴은 300-900 μM 농도로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골분화유도용 조성물.
- 지방 또는 골수로부터 중간엽 줄기세포를 분리하는 단계, 분리된 중간엽 줄기세포의 분화유도전 히스톤디아세틸라제 억제제로 전처리하는 단계, 및 전처리된 중간엽 줄기세포를 골분화 유도배지에서 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 기질 줄기세포의 골분화 증가방법으로서, 상기 히스톤디아세틸라제 억제제는 트라코스타틴인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 줄기세포의 골분화 증가방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 트라코스타틴은 300-800 μM의 농도 범위로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 골분화 증가방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 골분화 유도배지는 8~12 부피% FBS 또는 인간혈청, 48∼52 ㎍/㎖ 아스코르브산, 1.3∼1.7 mg/ml β-글리세로포스페이트, 0.8∼1.2 x10-8M 덱사메타손을 포함한 α-MEM배지인 것을 특징으로 하는 골분화 증가방법.
- 시험관 내에서 (in vitro) 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 골분화된 중간엽 줄기세포(MSC)를 유효성분으로 함유하는 골결손증 치료용 조성물.
