Claims (24)
- 접촉자를 구비한 전원과 전기 접속하도록 구성된 센서이며,제1 전극을 구비한 제1 절연 기층 및 제2 전극을 구비한 제2 절연 기층과,제1 및 제2 절연 기층 사이에 위치되고 셀의 벽을 한정하는 구멍을 갖는 스페이서와,접촉자를 제2 절연 기층 상에 배치된 제1 접촉 영역과 전기적으로 접속시키기 위하여 제2 절연 기층 상의 제1 접촉 영역을 노출시키도록 상기 제1 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하는 제1 절개부를 포함하고,"상기 전극들은 서로에 대하여 이격된 관계로 대면하게 배치되고, 상기 셀은 상기 제1 및 제2 전극에 의하여 한쪽 단부가 폐쇄되고, 상기 제1 접촉 영역은 제2 전극과 전기적으로 도전성 있게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.

- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 접촉 영역은 탄소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서 각각의 절연 기층은 가요성 절연 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특 징으로 하는 센서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가요성 절연 재료는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 전극과 그것의 접촉 영역은 절연 기층 상에 적층된 금속 층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속은 팔라디움, 금, 백금, 이리듐 및 은으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제6항에 있어서 금속은 10 내지 1000 나노미터 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 금속의 층은 스퍼터 코팅에 의하여 기층 상에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서 각각의 전극과 제1 접촉 영역은 탄소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 절개부는 상기 제2 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하여 제1 절연 기층 상에 제2 접촉 영역을 노출시키고, 제1 및 제2 절개부는 센서의 길이 방향 축에 대하여 측방향으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 절개부는 상기 제2 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하여 제1 절연 기층 상에 제2 접촉 영역을 노출시키고, 제1 및 제2 절개부는 센서의 길이 방향 축에 대하여 길이 방향으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 절개부는 상기 제2 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하여 제1 절연 기층 상에 제2 접촉 영역을 노출시키고, 제1 및 제2 절개부는 센서의 길이 방향 축에 대하여 측방향 및 길이 방향으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기층 또는 스페이서는 절개부의 전체 외주 주변에서 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절개부는 접촉자와 클릭 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절개부는 센서의 모서리로부터 절단되어 센서의 적어도 하 나의 모서리에서 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
- 제1항에 따른 센서를 포함하고, 제1 접촉 영역과 전기적으로 접속되는 제1 접촉자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제2 접촉 영역과 전기적으로 접속되는 제2 접촉자를 더 포함하고, 제2 절개부가 제1 절연 기층 상에 제2 접촉 영역을 노출시키도록 상기 제2 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1 접촉자는 탄성적으로 편의되어 제1 절개부를 통해 연장함으로써 제1 접촉 영역과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1 접촉자는 제1 절개부와 클릭 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제2 접촉자는 탄성적으로 편의되어 제2 절개부를 통해 연장함으로써 제2 접촉 영역과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제2 접촉자는 제2 절개부와 클릭 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감지 시스템.
- 접촉자를 구비한 전원과 전기 접속하도록 구성된 센서이며,제1 전극을 구비한 제1 절연 기층 및 제2 전극을 구비한 제2 절연 기층과,접촉자를 제2 절연 기층 상에 배치된 제1 접촉 영역과 전기적으로 접속시키기 위하여 제2 절연 기층 상의 제1 접촉 영역을 노출시키도록 상기 제1 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하는 제1 절개부와,상기 제2 절연 기층과 스페이서를 통해 연장하여 제1 절연 기층 상에 제2 접촉 영역을 노출시키는 제2 절개부를 포함하고,상기 전극들은 서로에 대하여 이격된 관계로 대면하게 배치되고, 상기 제1 접촉 영역은 제2 전극과 전기적으로 도전성 있게 접속되고, 제1 및 제2 절개부는 센서의 길이 방향 축에 대하여 길이 방향으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는 센서.
