Description
Claims (20)
- 기체-액체 접촉기에 있어서,내부에 통로를 형성하는 벽을 갖는 타워와,상기 통로로의 입구로서, 연도 기체가 상기 입구를 통과하여 타워 안으로 도입되어, 연도 기체가 상기 통로를 통해 수직 상방으로 유동하도록 하는, 상기 입구와,액체가 상기 통로 내부의 연도 기체와 접촉하도록 상기 통로 안으로 액체를 도입하는 수단으로서, 일부의 액체가 벽에 접촉하여 액체가 벽을 따라 흐르는, 상기 액체 도입 수단과,상기 타워의 벽상에 배치되고, 상기 일부의 액체를 벽으로부터 멀어지도록 편향시키고, 상기 일부의 액체중 적어도 일부가 방울로서 상기 통로 안으로 재도입되도록 하는 편향 수단을 포함하며,상기 편향 수단은 적어도 일부의 액체를 방울로서 통로 안으로 도입하기 위해서 연도 기체가 통과하여 상방으로 유동하는 차단되지 않은 구멍을 갖는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편향 수단은 벽의 주변부를 따라 연속된기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편향 수단은 상기 통로를 통과하는 연도 기체의 유동에 대해 거의 횡방향인 평면에 배치되는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편향 수단은 벽으로부터 통로 안으로 돌출된 부재를 포함하는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 부재는 벽의 주변부를 따라 연속된기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 부재는 벽에 대해 경사각을 두고 벽으로부터 통로 안으로 돌출되는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통로에 있어서 상기 벽에 최근접한 환상 영역은 도입 수단으로부터의 액체 농도가 더 낮으며, 상기 편향 수단은 액체의 일부가 방울로서 환상 영역으로 재도입되도록 하는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편향 수단은 벽으로부터 통로 안으로 돌출된 다수의 장치를 포함하며, 상기 장치는 서로 수직방향으로 이격되어 있는기체-액체 접촉기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편향 수단은 벽으로부터 소정 거리에 있는 적어도 일부의 액체를 재도입하는기체-액체 접촉기.
- 습식 연도 기체 탈황 장치에 있어서,내부에 실린더형 통로를 형성하는 벽을 갖는 타워와,상기 통로로의 입구로서, 연도 기체가 상기 입구를 통과하여 타워 안으로 도입되어, 연도 기체가 상기 통로를 통해 상방으로 유동하도록 하는, 상기 입구와,액체가 통로를 통해 하방으로 유동하고, 상기 통로 내부의 연도 기체와 접촉하도록, 액체를 통로 안으로 분무하는 수단으로서, 벽에 최근접한 통로의 환상 영역에서는 상기 분무 수단으로부터의 액체의 농도가 더 낮은, 상기 분무 수단과,액체를 벽으로부터 멀어지도록 편향시키고, 일부의 액체를 방울로서 통로 안으로 재도입하기 위해서 벽에 대해 경사각을 두고 벽으로부터 통로 안으로 돌출된 적어도 하나의 편향 부재를 포함하며;상기 적어도 하나의 편향 부재는 각각 분무 수단중 적어도 하나의 아래에 배치되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 편향 부재는 각각 차단되지 않은 구멍을 구비하며, 상기 구멍을 통해 연도 가스가 상방으로 유동하여 적어도 일부의 액체를 방울로서 통로 안쪽으로 도입하며, 상기 구멍은 상기 액체가 적어도 하나의 편향 부재 아래의 통로의 환상 영역에 방울로서 재도입되도록, 상기 일부의 액체가 방울로서 상기 구멍을 통과하는 것을 허용하는 크기를 가지며, 또한 상기 적어도 하나의 편향 부재는 벽으로부터 소정 거리에 있는 일부의 액체를 재도입하는습식 연도 기체 탈황 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 편향 부재는 벽의 주변부를 따라 연속되는습식 연도 기체 탈황 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 편향 부재는 거의 수평인 평면에 배치되는습식 연도 기체 탈황 장치.
