Description
同図において、火力発電所や工場等に設置されるボイラ等から排出された排ガス1は、ガス入口部3から吸収塔4に導入される。吸収塔4は塔下部の吸収塔液溜部5と塔上部の吸収部6から主に構成され、吸収塔液溜部5には、ボイラ等からの排ガス1に含まれる硫黄酸化物の量に応じて、石灰石スラリからなる吸収液Sがスラリ流量調整弁16の開度を調整することにより適量供給される。
前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部に、そのガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周方向に沿って不連続に堰を設けたことを特徴とするものである。
前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部全体に連続した堰を設け、そのガス吹き抜け防止部材の外周端部と前記吸収塔の側壁内面の間に連続したあるいは不連続の隙間を形成したことを特徴とするものである。
前記吸収塔の側壁内面に周方向に沿って取り付けラグが当該吸収塔の側壁に固定され、そのラグの上に前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材が載置されて、当該ガス吹き抜け防止部材が前記ラグに固定されて前記吸収塔の側壁には固定されていないことを特徴とするものである。
Claims (4)
- 排ガスを導入する排ガス入口部を吸収塔の側壁に形成し、その排ガス入口部から吸収塔の内部を上昇する排ガスに対して吸収液を噴霧するスプレヘッダをガス流れ方向に多段状に設け、前記排ガス入口部から最上段の前記スプレヘッダの間の前記側壁内面全周にわたってリング状の板からなるガス吹き抜け防止部材を設けた湿式排煙脱硫装置において、
前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部に、そのガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周方向に沿って不連続に堰を設けたことを特徴とする湿式排煙脱硫装置。 - 請求項1に記載の湿式排煙脱硫装置において、前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部に設けられた堰のトータルの長さが、ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部の堰を設けない部分のトータルの長さよりも長いことを特徴とする湿式排煙脱硫装置。
- 排ガスを導入する排ガス入口部を吸収塔の側壁に形成し、その排ガス入口部から吸収塔の内部を上昇する排ガスに対して吸収液を噴霧するスプレヘッダをガス流れ方向に多段状に設け、前記排ガス入口部から最上段の前記スプレヘッダの間の前記側壁内面全周にわたってリング状の板からなるガス吹き抜け防止部材を設けた湿式排煙脱硫装置において、
前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材の内周端部全体に連続した堰を設け、そのガス吹き抜け防止部材の外周端部と前記吸収塔の側壁内面の間に連続したあるいは不連続の隙間を形成したことを特徴とする湿式排煙脱硫装置。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の湿式排煙脱硫装置において、
前記吸収塔の側壁内面に周方向に沿って取り付けラグが当該吸収塔の側壁に固定され、そのラグの上に前記ガス吹き抜け防止部材が載置されて、当該ガス吹き抜け防止部材が前記ラグに固定されて前記吸収塔の側壁には固定されていないことを特徴とする湿式排煙脱硫装置。
