Claims (11)
- 이중 챔버식 주사 카트리지를 구비한 주사기용 장치에 있어서, 상기 카트리지와 거의 같은 길이를 갖고, 상기 카트리지 둘레에 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되는 원통형 슬리브(7)를 포함하며, 이 슬리브의 전방 단부(8)가 스토퍼(11)를 지지하고 있고, 상기 스토퍼는 후방을 향하여 카트리지와 동축으로 형성되어, 슬리브가 후방으로 이동할때는 카트리지의 전방 개구부로 진입하여 카트리지를 밀폐시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브의 후방 단부에는 상기 주사 카트리지의 후방 피스톤(25)을 작동시키는 작동 수단을 부착하기 위한 수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지의 내부와 외부 환경을 연결하기 위해 카트리지의 외벽과 슬리브(7)의 내벽 사이에 소간극(16)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지의 내부와 외부 환경을 연결하기 위해 슬리브의 전방 단부 부근에 개구부가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스토퍼(11)가 밀봉 릿지(20)를 구비하고 있으며, 이 밀봉 릿지는 스토퍼가 카트리지 내벽의 그 전방 개구부 부근의 영역을 완전히 밀봉하지 않도록 상기 영역과 협동하고, 스토퍼가 완전히 삽입되었을때는 상기 내벽을 완전히 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼(11)에는, 밀봉된 전방챔버와 유체를 접촉시키기 위한 격벽으로서 작용하는 얇은 중앙 부분(15)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기용 장치.
- 전방 챔버(5)와 후방 챔버(6)를 포함하고, 이들 챔버가 가동벽(3)에 의해 분리되어 있으며, 이들 챔버 사이에 액체 바이패스 구조(4)가 설치되어 있는, 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 장치에 사용하기 위한 이중 챔버식 주사 카트리지에 있어서, 상기 하이패스 구조(4)가 상기 카트리지의 내벽의 영역으로서 형성되어 있고, 상기 가동벽(3)은 상기 내벽을 완전히 밀봉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중챔버식 주사 카트리지.
- 카트리지내에서 고체 성분이 될 성분의 용액 또는 분산액을 카트리지의 전방 챔버(5)에 수용하고, 상기 카트리지를 동결 건조 장치내로 삽입하여 동결건조 과정을 거치게 하는, 이중 챔버식 주사 카트리지를 구비한 주사 장치를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 카트리지가 상기 용액 또는 분산액으로 채워진 후에, 원통형 슬리브(7)를 상기 카트리지 주위에 미끄럼가능하게 배치하고, 상기 슬리브의 전단에 스토퍼(11)를 설치하며, 상기 스토퍼는 후방을 향하고 카트리지와 동축으로 형성되며, 스토퍼가 카트리지의 전방 개구를 밀봉하지 않는 위치에 있을때 동결 건조 과정을 실시하고, 동결 건조 완료후, 슬리브(7) 및 스토퍼(11)를 후방으로 변위시키며, 스토퍼를 상기 카트리지의 전방 개구로 삽입하여 카트리지를 밀봉 폐쇄하고, 그 후 밀봉된 카트리지를 동결 건조장치로부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 장치 제작 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 카트리지를 밀봉하기 전에 보호 가스를 동결 건조 장치로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사 장치 제작 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항의 장치를 포함하는 주사 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 따라 제작된 주사 장치.
