Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount a titled lens to the front side of a lens system and provide special effect to images by constituting the same of two pieces of negative and positive cylindrical lenses successively from object side and satisfying prescribed conditions. CONSTITUTION:The 1st lens consists of a cylindrical surface of which the 2nd face is strongly concave to image side, and the 2nd lens consists of a cylindrical surface of which the 1st face is strongly convex to an object side, and these are so constituted as to satisfy various conditions of the expression (1)-(4). In these expressions, gamma: the angular magnification of the anamorphic attachment lens system f2: the focal length of the 2nd face of the 1st lens, f3: the focal length of the 1st face of the 2nd lens, r2: the radius of curvature of the 2nd face of the 1st lens, r3: the radius of curvature of the 1st face of the 2nd lens, n1: the refractive index of the (d) line of the 1st lens, n0: the refractive index of the (d) line of the 2nd lens and d2: the maximum image height (radius).
