Claims (8)

前記植込型圧力センサはハウジングを備え、
前記植込型圧力センサは感知構成要素を備え、前記感知構成要素は、前記ハウジングによって収容されるとともに前記ハウジングの外部の外部圧力に晒され、前記感知構成要素は粘弾性材料を備え、前記外部圧力に応答して、前記感知構成要素は、前記粘弾性材料によって、少なくとも1分の期間にわたる前記外部圧力の平均圧を表す物理的変化を受けるように構成されており、
前記植込型圧力センサは回路を備え、前記回路は、前記感知構成要素に動作可能に接続されるとともに前記感知構成要素の前記物理的変化に応答して、前記期間にわたる前記外部圧力の前記平均圧を表す平均圧信号を生成し、
前記感知構成要素が、前記ハウジングの外部の前記外部圧力に晒される第1のプレートを備え、前記第1のプレートは、前記外部圧力の圧力変化に応答して移動するように構成されており、
前記感知構成要素が、前記第1のプレートから間隔を開けて前記ハウジング内に配置されている第2のプレートを備え、
前記粘弾性材料が、前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとの間に配置され、
前記粘弾性材料が導電性材料を含み、前記平均圧信号が、前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとの間の抵抗の指標を含む、

前記植込型圧力センサはハウジングを備え、
前記植込型圧力センサは感知構成要素を備え、前記感知構成要素は、前記ハウジングによって収容されるとともに前記ハウジングの外部の外部圧力に晒され、前記感知構成要素は低流量弁を含む液圧システムを備え、前記外部圧力に応答して、前記感知構成要素は、前記低流量弁によって、少なくとも1分の期間にわたる前記外部圧力の平均圧を表す物理的変化を受けるように構成されており、
前記植込型圧力センサは回路を備え、前記回路は、前記感知構成要素に動作可能に接続されるとともに前記感知構成要素の前記物理的変化に応答して、前記期間にわたる前記外部圧力の前記平均圧を表す平均圧信号を生成し、
前記感知構成要素が、液圧式感知構成要素を備える、植込型圧力センサ。 - 前記液圧システムが、
前記外部圧力に晒される液圧チャンバと、
前記液圧チャンバ内に入れられている第1の流体と、
圧力チャンバと、
前記圧力チャンバ内に入れられている第2の流体と、
前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体との間に配置されているバリアと、
を備え、
前記圧力チャンバ内の圧力に対する前記液圧チャンバ内の圧力の相対的な変化により、前記バリアの移動が引き起こされる、
請求項2に記載の植込型圧力センサ。 - 前記バリアが、高透過性材料を有する低流量弁を備える、請求項3に記載の植込型圧力センサ。
- 前記回路が、遠隔供給源からのエネルギー伝送を繰り返し受け、応答して、前記平均圧信号を前記遠隔供給源に返送するように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の植込型圧力センサ。
- 前記感知構成要素が、電力供給なしに、前記期間にわたる前記外部圧力の前記平均圧を表す前記物理的変化を受けて維持する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の植込型圧力センサ。
- 患者の左心耳を実質的に閉鎖するために、前記患者の左心耳内に嵌るように適合された左心耳閉鎖装置であって、
前記左心耳閉鎖装置は、拡張可能なフレームワークを備え、
前記左心耳閉鎖装置は、感知構成要素を備え、前記感知構成要素は、前記左心耳閉鎖装置が埋め込まれると、前記患者の心臓の左心房内で左心房圧に晒され、前記感知構成要素は、前記左心房圧に応答して、少なくとも1分の期間にわたる前記左心房圧の平均圧を表す物理的変化を受けるように構成されており、
前記左心耳閉鎖装置は、回路を備え、前記回路は、前記感知構成要素に動作可能に接続されるとともに、前記感知構成要素の前記物理的変化に応答して、前記期間にわたる前記左心房圧の前記平均圧を表す平均圧信号を生成するように構成され、
前記感知構成要素が、低流量弁を含む液圧システムを備え、前記左心房圧の正の変化に応答して、前記感知構成要素が、前記低流量弁によって少なくとも部分的に規定される前記感知構成要素の時定数に従って、液圧抵抗下で第1の方向に前記低流量弁を通して流体を移動させる、左心耳閉鎖装置。 - 前記左心房圧の負の変化に応答して、前記感知構成要素が、前記感知構成要素の前記時定数に従って、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に前記低流量弁を通して流体を移動させる、請求項7に記載の左心耳閉鎖装置。
