2. 前記腐食防止被覆が、耐食性金属、不活性金属、耐食性合金、耐食性有機コーティング、ガラス、セラミック、ポリマー、腐食防止塗料、ワックス、またはグリースのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
3. 前記第一のサセプタが強磁性ステンレス鋼を含み、前記第二のサセプタがニッケルまたはニッケル合金を含む、1または2に記載のサセプタ組立品。
4. 前記第一のサセプタもしくは前記第二のサセプタまたは前記第一のサセプタと前記第二のサセプタとの両方が、平面状の形状またはブレード様の形状を有する、1~3のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
5. 前記第一のサセプタおよび前記第二のサセプタが、相互に密接な物理的接触をしている、1~4のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
6. 前記サセプタ組立品が多層サセプタ組立品であり、かつ前記第一のサセプタ、前記第二のサセプタ、および前記腐食防止被覆が前記多層サセプタ組立品の隣接した層を形成する、1~5のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
7. 前記腐食防止被覆が前記多層サセプタ組立品の縁層である、6に記載のサセプタ組立品。
8. 前記第一のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしている場合を除き、前記第二のサセプタの外表面のすべての部分が腐食防止被覆を備える、1~7のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
9. 前記第一のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしていない限り、前記第一のサセプタの外表面のすべての部分が露出されている、1~8のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
10. 前記第二のサセプタが、一つ以上の第二のサセプタ要素を備え、各々が前記第一のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしており、各々の第二のサセプタ要素の外表面の少なくとも一部分が腐食防止被覆を含む、1~9のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品。
11. エアロゾル形成基体と、1~10のいずれかに記載のサセプタ組立品と、を備える、エアロゾル発生物品。
12. 前記サセプタ組立品が、前記エアロゾル形成基体内に包埋されている、11に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
13. エアロゾル形成基体を誘導加熱するためのサセプタ組立品を製造するための方法であって、
第一のサセプタを提供する工程と、
第二のサセプタを提供する工程であって、前記第二のサセプタのキュリー温度が500℃より低い、工程と、
前記第二のサセプタの外表面の少なくとも一部分に腐食防止被覆を施す工程と、を含む、方法。
14. 前記腐食防止被覆を施す前に、前記第一および前記第二のサセプタが相互に密接な物理的接触となるように前記第一のサセプタおよび前記第二のサセプタを組み立てる工程をさらに含む、13に記載の方法。
15. 前記腐食防止被覆が、前記第二のサセプタの前記外表面の少なくとも一部分の上にメッキされる、堆積コーティングされる、クラッディングされる、または溶接される、13または14のいずれかに記載の方法。
Claims (14)
- エアロゾル形成基体及び前記エアロゾル形成基体を誘導加熱するためのサセプタ組立品を備えるエアロゾル発生物品であって、前記サセプタ組立品は第一のサセプタおよび第二のサセプタを備え、前記第二のサセプタが前記エアロゾル形成基体の発火点より低いキュリー温度を有し、前記第二のサセプタの外表面の少なくとも一部分が腐食防止被覆を備え、かつ前記第一のサセプタの外表面の少なくとも一部分が露出されている、エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記腐食防止被覆が、耐食性金属、不活性金属、耐食性合金、耐食性有機コーティング、ガラス、セラミック、ポリマー、腐食防止塗料、ワックス、またはグリースのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記腐食防止被覆が常磁性である、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第一のサセプタが強磁性ステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二のサセプタがニッケルまたはニッケル合金を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二のサセプタのキュリー温度は、前記第一のサセプタの所定の最高加熱温度に対応する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第一のサセプタもしくは前記第二のサセプタまたは前記第一のサセプタと前記第二のサセプタとの両方が、平面状の形状またはブレード様の形状を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第一のサセプタおよび前記第二のサセプタが、相互に密接な物理的接触をしている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記サセプタ組立品が多層サセプタ組立品であり、かつ前記第一のサセプタ、前記第二のサセプタ、および前記腐食防止被覆が前記多層サセプタ組立品の隣接した層を形成する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記腐食防止被覆が前記多層サセプタ組立品の縁層である、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第一のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしている場合を除き、前記第二のサセプタの外表面のすべての部分が腐食防止被覆を備える、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしていない限り、前記第一のサセプタの外表面のすべての部分が露出されている、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二のサセプタが、一つ以上の第二のサセプタ要素を備え、各々が前記第一のサセプタと密接な物理的接触をしており、各々の第二のサセプタ要素の外表面の少なくとも一部分が腐食防止被覆を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記サセプタ組立品が、前記エアロゾル形成基体内に包埋されている、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
