Description
本願は、「System and Method for Concentrating Gas」と題され、2020年7月16日に出願された米国仮特許出願第63/052,694号(弁理士整理番号第12873-07004号)および2021年6月21日に出願された第63/212,920号(弁理士整理番号第12873-07156号)の優先権を主張する。
