Claims (6)
- 組織を把持するクリップ装置であって、
先端に第一爪を有する第一アームと、先端に第二爪を有する第二アームと、を有するクリップと、
前記クリップを操作可能なワイヤと、
前記ワイヤが挿通し、内視鏡のチャンネルに挿通可能なシースと、
前記チャンネルの外に配される時に、前記組織に押し付けられることによって、前記チャンネルに沿った直線状態から、湾曲した湾曲状態に遷移する湾曲部と、
を備え、
前記第一アームと前記第二アームとは、互いに向かって近付く内側に移動することで閉じた閉状態と、互いに遠ざかる外側に移動することで開いた開状態と、になる往復方向に移動可能に構成されており、
前記クリップが前記開状態と前記閉状態とを遷移する際、前記第一アームと前記第二アームは第一平面に沿って移動し、
前記第一アームは、前記第一アームから前記第一平面に交差する方向に向かって延びる第一突起を有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記第一突起より基端側に配され、前記第一アームに対して前記第一突起が延びる方向に凸となるよう湾曲可能に構成され、前記第一突起の延びる方向および前記第一アームの長手方向の両方向に直交しかつ前記第一突起の一部を通る回転軸を中心として、前記第一アームに対して前記第一突起が延びる方向に回転するよう構成される、
クリップ装置。 - 前記第一突起は、前記第一平面に直交する方向において、前記第一アームから延びる、
請求項1に記載のクリップ装置。 - 前記湾曲部は、前記内視鏡の前記チャンネルの外に配される時に第1角度で湾曲し、前記内視鏡の前記チャンネルの内に配置される時に前記第1角度よりも小さい第2角度で湾曲する、
請求項1に記載のクリップ装置。 - 前記シースは前記湾曲部を有する、
請求項1に記載のクリップ装置。 - 前記クリップは前記湾曲部を有する、
請求項1に記載のクリップ装置。 - 前記第一突起の基端と前記第一爪の基端とが連結し、
前記第一突起の延びる方向と前記第一爪の延びる方向が異なる、
