Claims (4)
- 並列配置された断面積が略同じとされた複数本の導体と、
前記複数本の導体が並列配置される幅方向と直交する厚み方向の一方と他方とのそれぞれに、前記複数本の導体に積層されて設けられた樹脂フィルムと、
前記複数本の導体上を前記樹脂フィルムごと覆う絶縁体と、を備え、
前記樹脂フィルムは、ヤング率が2GPa以上、且つ、フィルム厚が200μm以上である
ことを特徴とする平型電線。 - 前記樹脂フィルムは、ヤング率が5GPa以下、且つ、フィルム厚が300μm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平型電線。 - 前記樹脂フィルムは、前記幅方向の長さが、1本の導体の外径×(複数本の導体本数-1)以上、1本の導体の外径×複数本の導体本数以下とされている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平型電線。 - 並列配置された断面積が略同じとされた複数本の導体と前記複数本の導体を被覆する絶縁体とを備えた平型電線の製造方法であって、
前記複数本の導体が並列配置される幅方向と直交する厚み方向の一方と他方とのそれぞれに、前記複数本の導体に積層してヤング率が2GPa以上、且つ、フィルム厚が200μm以上の樹脂フィルムを配置する第1工程と、
前記第1工程にて前記樹脂フィルムが配置された前記複数本の導体の周囲に、絶縁性の熱収縮チューブを配置して熱収縮させることで、又は、加熱により軟化した絶縁樹脂を押出被覆することで、絶縁体を形成する第2工程と、
を有する平型電線の製造方法。
