Abstract
Description
4本のワイヤを内側に空間部を有し且つ各ワイヤ間に軸線方向に間隙部を開けて螺旋巻きした螺旋体を径方向に4階層させた階層巻き線部と、
前記空間部に配置された棒状の芯材と
を備え、
4階層の前記階層巻き線部は、隣接する階層の前記螺旋体の螺旋方向が逆方向となるように配置されたことを特徴とする。
前記ロッドの両端部が前記階層巻き線部と前記芯材とが溶解されて半球状の一体となったR加工部を有することを特徴とする。
前記ロッドの両端部に装着された半球状のキャップ部を有することを特徴とする。
前記キャップ部の一方は、当該ロッドの挿入方向と逆方向の端部に装着され、前記結合部と突き当たって止まる拡径された位置決めストッパー部を有することを特徴とする。
ロッドの挿入方向と逆方向の端部に装着された一方のキャップ部には、結合部と突き当たって止まる拡径された位置決めストッパー部が形成されている。かかるストッパー部により、位置決めを簡易かつ確実に実現することができる。
Claims (4)
- 椎骨に固定されるスクリュー部と、該スクリュー部をロッドに結合させる結合部とを備え、ロッドを介して複数の椎骨を相互に固定する脊椎固定用インプラントのロッドであって、
4本のワイヤを内側に空間部を有し且つ各ワイヤ間に軸線方向に間隙部を開けて螺旋巻きした螺旋体を径方向に4階層させた階層巻き線部と、
前記空間部に配置された棒状の芯材と
を備え、
4階層の前記階層巻き線部は、隣接する階層の前記螺旋体の螺旋方向が逆方向となるように配置されたことを特徴とする脊椎固定用インプラントのロッド。 - 請求項1記載の脊椎固定用インプラントのロッドにおいて、
前記ロッドの両端部が前記階層巻き線部と前記芯材とが溶解されて半球状の一体となったR加工部を有することを特徴とする脊椎固定用インプラントのロッド。 - 請求項1記載の脊椎固定用インプラントのロッドにおいて、
前記ロッドの両端部に装着された半球状のキャップ部を有することを特徴とする脊椎固定用インプラントのロッド。 - 請求項3記載の脊椎固定用インプラントのロッドにおいて、
前記キャップ部の一方は、当該ロッドの挿入方向と逆方向の端部に装着され、前記結合部と突き当たって止まる拡径された位置決めストッパー部を有することを特徴とする脊椎固定用インプラントのロッド。
