Claims (15)
- 食品の材料としての物質を、加熱、乾燥、消毒、低温殺菌、および/または滅菌する処理装置であって、マイクロ波を放射するためのアンテナを駆動する高周波電力増幅器を各々が有する多数のソリッドステート高周波源(2)を備え、前記アンテナは導波管内に配置され、前記導波管が、マイクロ波を前記物質が加熱される食品チャンバに案内するように構成されており、前記食品チャンバを通過するように前記物質を移送するコンベヤを備え、前記コンベヤは、前記マイクロ波の放射を少なくとも部分的に伝達可能であり、前記放射が1つまたは複数の弁によって周囲の空気から隔離されるように構成されているものにおいて、
前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)は、前記食品チャンバ(14)の周囲に4以上が等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする、処理装置。 - 前記食品チャンバ(14)は、円形断面を有しており、前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)は、前記食品チャンバ(14)の周方向にn、前記コンベヤの移送方向にmからなるn行m列のアレイで設けられ、nは5以上の整数であり、mは2以上の整数であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の処理装置。
- 前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)は、前記コンベヤの搬送面と直交する中立面に対して対称に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の処理装置。
- 前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)は、前記コンベヤの移送方向における奇数列と偶数列とで、周方向に1/2間隔ずれてn行m列の千鳥状のアレイで設けられている、請求項2に記載の処理装置。
- 前記食品チャンバ(14)は、前記コンベヤの移送方向に互に離間した入口および出口を有し、前記入口および前記出口にそれぞれ前記弁(19)が設けられている、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記物質は、前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)、または、前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)のアレイの近傍に配置される一回処理分として供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記ソリッドステート高周波源(2)を制御する制御システムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 食料塊の少なくとも1つの特性および/または前記食料塊から反射される放射線の1つの特性を測定するセンサを備え、前記センサの信号は、前記制御システムによって利用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 食品製造ラインの一部であることを特徴とする、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- ホッパ(3)の下流に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 成形機および/または衣付け装置と一緒に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 前記物質は、前記コンベヤ(10)によって連続的または間欠的に移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
- 請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載の処理装置を備える食品製造ライン。
- 前記処理装置と他の装置が、前記コンベヤ(10)によって、互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の食品製造ライン。
- 前記物質は、昆虫の少なくとも一部または昆虫の混合物を含む請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載の処理装置。
