Claims (19)
- 電力供給装置に接続可能な蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントを含む電子たばこ(e-ベイピング)デバイスであって、
前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、繊維性材料と、前記繊維性材料に吸収される蒸気前製剤材料と、を含むように構成され、さらに、
長手方向に延びる外側ケーシングと、
空気注入口と、
蒸気排出口と、
前記空気注入口および前記蒸気排出口を連通する中央空気通路を画成する、前記外側ケーシング内の内側チューブと、
前記中央空気通路に隣接して位置されたサセプタと、を含み、
前記サセプタは、前記蒸気前製剤材料を気化する温度に前記蒸気前製剤材料を加熱するよう動作可能であり、
前記電力供給装置は、誘導源と電気的に連通する電源を含む、長手方向に延びる外側ケーシングを含み、
前記誘導源は、前記電力供給装置が前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントに取り付けられる場合、前記サセプタから軸方向に所定の距離離間され、前記電源によって電力を供給された場合、前記誘導源が前記サセプタを加熱する誘導場を生成するように動作可能であり、それにより、前記サセプタは、前記蒸気前製剤材料を気化する温度に前記蒸気前製剤材料を加熱することを特徴とするe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記誘導源は、前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントの前記サセプタの近位端に誘導コイルを含み、
前記誘導コイルは、前記サセプタを加熱するために、前記誘導場を発生するように構成されている請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記誘導コイルは、前記外側ケーシングの前記長手方向に螺旋状に延びる請求項2に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記誘導コイルは、平面コイルを含む請求項2に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記誘導コイルは、前記外側ケーシングの前記長手方向に対して横方向に螺旋状に延びる請求項2に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記誘導源は、フェライト材料を含む円筒状のコアをさらに含み、
前記誘導コイルは、前記円筒状のコアの周りに巻かれ、
前記円筒状のコアは、前記外側ケーシングの前記長手方向、または、前記外側ケーシングの前記長手方向に対して横方向に延びている請求項2に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記サセプタは、ステンレス鋼、銅、銅合金、膜抵抗材料で被覆されたセラミック材料、ニッケルクロム合金、これらのサブコンビネーションまたはコンビネーションの一つを含む請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、前記空気注入口と連通する口端インサートを含む請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記サセプタは、前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントが前記電力供給装置に接続されている場合、前記誘導源の近位端から軸方向に約0.01~2mm離間されている請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記電力供給装置と前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントとが接続され、前記サセプタが前記誘導源の近位端から軸方向に離間されている場合、前記電力供給装置の一部は、前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントの中にあり、または、
前記電力供給装置と前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントとが接続され、前記サセプタが前記誘導源の前記近位端から前記軸方向に離間されている場合、前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントの一部は、前記電力供給装置の中にある請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記電力供給装置は、吸煙センサを含む制御回路をさらに含み、
前記吸煙センサは、空気の流れを感知し、前記電源と電気的に連通する前記誘導源から前記誘導場の発生を開始するように構成されている請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記制御回路は、前記吸煙センサの出力信号の機能として、前記電源から前記誘導源に可変パワーサイクルを制御するように構成されている請求項11に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、機械的接続または磁気的接続で前記電力供給装置に接続されていること、
前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、使い捨て下流部であり、前記電力供給装置は、再利用可能な上流部であること、または
前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、機械的接続または磁気的接続で前記電力供給装置に接続され、前記蒸気前製剤貯蔵エレメントは、使い捨て下流部であり、前記電力供給装置は、再利用可能な上流部であること、の一つである請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記サセプタは、磁性材料で形成されている請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の前記e-ベイピングデバイスを含む電子物品であって、
前記電子物品は、約10mm以下の均一な径を有し、
前記電力供給装置は、
エアフローを感知し、前記電源と電気的に連通する前記誘導源から前記誘導場の発生を開始するように構成された吸煙センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする電子物品。 - 前記サセプタは、ディスク状の形状に形成されている請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。
- 前記誘導源は、円筒状のコアの周りに巻かれた誘導コイルを含み、
前記円筒状のコアは、フェライト材料を含む請求項1に記載のe-ベイピングデバイス。 - 前記サセプタは、ディスク状の形状に形成されている請求項15に記載の電子物品。
