左心耳を閉塞する為の医療装置の別例は、外面及び内側の拡張キャビティを備える拡張可能バルーンと、拡張可能バルーンに結合された複数の位置決め部材と、拡張バルーンの外面から延びる固定部材とを含み、複数の位置決め部材は、医療装置を左心耳の口内に配置し、拡張可能バルーンは、拡張して左心耳の口を密閉する。
上記実施形態のいずれか1つに代替的に又は追加的に、バルーンの第2の端部は、底面を含み、位置決め部材それぞれの少なくとも一部は、底面に沿って配置される。
上記実施形態のいずれか1つに代替的に又は追加的に、第2の端部は、コーティングを備え、コーティングは、内皮細胞の成長を促進するように構成される。
上記実施形態のいずれか1つに代替的に又は追加的に、固定部材は、バルーンの外面から突出した棘を含む。

Claims (10)
- 左心耳を閉塞する為の医療装置において、前記医療装置は、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、膨張キャビティとを有する拡張可能部材であって、前記拡張可能部材は、前記医療装置の長手方向軸に向かって径方向内方に延びる湾曲部を備え、前記湾曲部は、左心耳の開口部にはまる、前記拡張可能部材と、
前記拡張可能部材に結合され、前記拡張可能部材の外面に周方向に間隔をあけて配置される複数の背骨部材と、
前記膨張キャビティの中に少なくとも部分的に延びる弁部材と、
を備え、
前記複数の背骨部材は、前記医療装置を左心耳の開口部内に配置し、
前記拡張可能部材は拡張して、左心耳の開口部を密閉する、医療装置。 - 前記背骨部材はそれぞれ、前記医療装置の長手方向軸に沿って前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に延びる、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第2の端部は底面を備え、前記背骨部材それぞれの少なくとも一部は、前記底面に沿って配置される、請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記背骨部材はそれぞれ、前記拡張可能部材の外面に沿って配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記背骨部材それぞれの一部は、前記拡張可能部材の壁の中に延びる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記拡張可能部材の第1の端部は、前記医療装置の長手方向軸に向かって延びて頂部を形成する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第2の端部は、コーティングを含み、前記コーティングは、内皮細胞の成長を促進する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記医療装置を左心耳の標的組織に固定する固定部材をさらに備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記固定部材は、前記拡張可能部材の外面から離間する方向に突出した複数の剛毛を含む、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
- 前記固定部材は、前記拡張可能部材の外面から離間する方向に突出した棘を含む、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
