Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6.5JJのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を200kPaとし、排気量1600ccの試験車両(前輪駆動車)に装着し、圧雪路からなるテストコースにおいて、速度40km/hでの走行状態からABS制動を行って車両が停止するまでの制動距離を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用いて、標準例1を100とする指数値にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど制動距離が短く、スノー性能が優れていることを意味する。

各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×6.5JJのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を200kPaとし、室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径:1707mm)を用いて、JATMA イヤーブック2009年版記載の当該空気圧における最大負荷荷重の85%に相当する荷重を負荷してドラムに押し付けた状態で、速度80km/hで走行させたときの転動抵抗を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用いて、標準例1の値を100とする指数で示した。この指数値が大きいほど転動抵抗が小さく、低転がり性能に優れることを意味する。
・共役ジエン系ゴム1:変性スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製NS560(ガラス転移温度が-33℃、スチレン含有量が41質量%、ビニル含有量が29質量%、ゴム成分100重量部に対しオイル分25質量%を含む油展品、第二の共役ジエン系ゴム)
・共役ジエン系ゴム2:変性スチレンブタジエンゴム、旭化成社製E581(ガラス転移温度が-36℃、スチレン含有量が37質量%、ビニル含有量が43質量%、ゴム成分100重量部に対しオイル分37.5質量%を含む油展品、第一の共役ジエン系ゴム)
・共役ジエン系ゴム3:変性スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製NS522(ガラス転移温度が-25℃、スチレン含有量が39質量%、ビニル含有量が42質量%、ゴム成分100重量部に対しオイル分37.5質量%を含む油展品)
・共役ジエン系ゴム4:変性スチレンブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol1739(ガラス転移温度が-41℃、スチレン含有量が40質量%、ビニル含有量が14質量%、ゴム成分100重量部に対しオイル分37.5質量%を含む油展品)
・共役ジエン系重合体1:ブタジエンゴム、JSR社製BR54
・共役ジエン系重合体2:ブタジエンゴム、日本ゼオン社製Nipol1220
・シリカ:Evonik社製9100GR
・カーボンブラック:キャボットジャパン社製ショウブラックN339
・シランカップリング剤:Evonik Degussa社製Si69

Claims (5)
- ビニル含有量が35質量%~45質量%である第一の共役ジエン系ゴム25質量部~30質量部と、前記第一の共役ジエン系ゴムよりもビニル含有量が5質量%~25質量%低い第二の共役ジエン系ゴム20質量部~35質量部と、変性共役ジエン系重合体35質量部~50質量部とからなるジエン系ゴム100質量部を含むタイヤ用ゴム組成物であって、
前記第一の共役ジエン系ゴムは、ガラス転移温度が-20℃~-40℃であり、エポキシ基を有する3級アミンを変性基として有し、
前記第二の共役ジエン系ゴムは、イソプレン80質量%~95質量%と芳香族ビニル5質量%~20質量%とを含み、活性末端を有し、重量平均分子量が500~15,000である重合体ブロックAと、1,3‐ブタジエンおよび芳香族ビニルを含み、活性末端を有する重合体ブロックBとからなり、前記重合体ブロックAと前記重合体ブロックBとを一続きにして形成された活性末端を有する共役ジエン系重合体鎖の前記活性末端にポリオルガノシロキサンを反応させてなり、
前記変性共役ジエン系重合体は、シス‐1,4‐結合の含有量が75モル%以上の共役ジエン系重合体の活性末端を、少なくともヒドロカルビルオキシシラン化合物によって変性したものであることを特徴とするタイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して少なくともシリカを含む充填剤が80質量部以下配合され、前記充填剤中のシリカの配合比率が80質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物をトレッド部に用いたことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド部に、タイヤ赤道の両側でタイヤ周方向に延びる一対の第一主溝と、該第一主溝の外側でタイヤ周方向に延びる一対の第二主溝とを含む少なくとも4本の周方向溝が形成され、前記一対の第一主溝の相互間に第一陸部が区画され、前記第一主溝と前記第二主溝との間に第二陸部が区画され、
前記第一陸部に、溝幅1mm以下であってタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本の第一サイプと、溝幅1mm超であってタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本の横溝とが形成され、前記第一サイプ及び前記横溝がタイヤ周方向に対して同一角度で配置されて互いに連結され、前記第一サイプ及び前記横溝の各々が前記一対の第一主溝のいずれか一方に開口することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第二陸部に、タイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本の第二サイプと、一端が前記第二主溝に開口し他端が前記第二陸部内で閉塞すると共に屈曲形状を有する複数本の補助溝とが形成され、前記第二サイプが前記第一サイプと同一方向に配向し、前記補助溝が開口端から屈曲点まで延長する第一溝部と屈曲点から閉塞端まで延長する第二溝部とを有し、前記第一溝部の前記第二サイプに対する交差角度が45°~90°の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
