Description
Claims (22)
- 缶端部原料を調製するための方法であって、
金属ストリップを250℃を下回る第1の温度に予熱することと、
ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの第1の側面に積層して、積層金属ストリップを製造することであって、前記ポリマーフィルムの主要構成要素が、前記第1の温度を上回る融解温度を有することと、
前記ポリマーフィルムの融解温度よりも高いアニーリング温度で前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリングすることと、を含み、
前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリングすることが、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの表面テクスチャへ融解するのに十分な時間の間、前記ポリマーフィルムの温度を上昇させることを含み、
前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの前記第1の側面に積層する前に、前記金属ストリップの表面粗さの高さを前記ポリマーフィルムの接触層の厚さより低い値に減少させることをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記金属ストリップが、アルミニウムストリップである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記金属ストリップが、AA5182アルミニウム合金である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 化成コーティングを前記金属ストリップに適用することをさらに含み、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの前記第1の側面に積層することが、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記化成コーティングに積層することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムを積層することが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを前記金属ストリップに積層することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ラッカーの層または別のポリマーフィルムの層を前記金属ストリップの第2の側面に適用することをさらに含み、前記金属ストリップの前記第1の側面が、前記金属ストリップから形成された缶端部の内面側に相当し、前記金属ストリップの前記第2の側面が、前記金属ストリップから形成された缶端部の外面側に相当する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリングすることが、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも250℃に上昇させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリングすることが、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも265℃に上昇させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリングすることが、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも280℃に上昇させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリング後、前記積層金属ストリップを冷却して、前記ポリマーフィルムが非晶質であることを確実に維持することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層金属ストリップのアニーリング後、潤滑剤を前記積層金属ストリップに適用することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- システムであって、
金属ストリップを受容し、前記金属ストリップを予熱温度に予熱するための予熱炉と、
前記予熱温度で前記金属ストリップを受容し、ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの第1の側面に適用するための、前記予熱炉の下流に位置する積層システムであって、前記予熱温度が、前記ポリマーフィルムの主要構成要素の融解温度を下回る、積層システムと、
積層金属ストリップを受容し、前記積層金属ストリップをアニーリング温度に加熱するための、前記積層システムの下流に位置するアニール炉であって、前記アニーリング温度が、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記主要構成要素の前記融解温度よりも高い、アニール炉と、を備え
前記アニール炉が、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの表面テクスチャへ融解するのに十分な時間の間、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を上昇させるように構成されていて、
前記金属ストリップの表面粗さを調整するための表面粗さ調整器をさらに備え、前記表面粗さ調整器が、前記積層システムの上流に配置されていて、前記ポリマーフィルムの接触層の厚さより低い値に前記表面粗さの高さを減少させるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記金属ストリップが、アルミニウムストリップである、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記金属ストリップが、AA5182アルミニウム合金である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 化成コーティングを前記金属ストリップに適用するための化成コーティング適用システムをさらに備え、前記積層システムが、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記化成コーティングに適用するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記積層システムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの供給源に連結されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- ラッカーの層を前記金属ストリップの第2の側面に適用するためのラッカー適用システムをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記積層システムが、前記第1の側面に対向する前記金属ストリップの第2の側面に追加のポリマーフィルムを適用するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記アニール炉が、前記ポリマーフィルムを前記金属ストリップの表面テクスチャへ融解するのに十分な時間の間、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を上昇させるのに十分な長さを有する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記アニール炉が、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも250℃に上昇させるのに十分な熱を提供するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記アニール炉が、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも265℃に上昇させるのに十分な熱を提供するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記アニール炉が、前記ポリマーフィルムの前記温度を少なくとも280℃に上昇させるのに十分な熱を提供するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
