Claims (13)
- 支持部材(2)上に配置されたガラスで作成されたカバー部(3)を含む、自動車用の外装トリム要素において、前記支持部材(2)は、熱可塑性プラスチックまたはデュロプラスチックまたは液体シリコーンゴム材料で作成されていること、および前記ガラスで作成されたカバー部(3)は、熱間曲げによって曲げられていることを特徴とする、外装トリム要素。
- 前記カバー部(3)は強化ガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記カバー部(3)は焼鈍しガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記カバー部(3)は0.1〜5mmの厚さを有するソーダ石灰ガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- プライマ(4、4’)が、前記支持部材(2)と接触する前記カバー部(3)の少なくとも表面上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記トリム要素は多成分の射出成形工程によって作成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記トリム要素は前記支持部材(2)に接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記トリム要素は照明または表示手段(10)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の外装トリム要素(1)。
- 前記トリム要素(1)を形成するためにガラスカバー部(3)を支持部材(2)に固着させることを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動車用の外装トリム要素を製造するための方法。
- 前記支持部材(2)はプラスチックで作成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスカバー部(3)は、接着により前記支持部材(2)に固着されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスカバー部は、カプセル化により前記支持部材に固着されることを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスカバー部(3)は、2Kカプセル化により前記支持部材(2)に固着されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
