Description
より詳細には、ノズルユニット27は、第1圧力P1で第1ガス流れQ1を供給することにより図1を参照して上に記載された容器1の取っ手区画7を膨張させ、そして第1圧力P1よりも低くそして目標圧力PTに対応している第2圧力P2で第2ガス流れQ2を続いて供給することにより、図1を参照して上に記載した容器1の取っ手区画7を膨張させるよう配置されている。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 充填ステーション(S3)及びガス充填ステーション(S5)を備え連続して配置されている複数のステーション(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6)を備えている充填機械(20)中において折り畳み可能なタイプの複数の容器(1)を取り扱うための方法であって、
個々の容器(1)が2つの柔軟な対向している側壁(2)を備えていると共に、2つの側壁(2)が充填ダクト(12)を介し環境と連通している製品区画(5)及び前記2つの側壁(2)の一方に配置されている入口(11)を介し外界と連通している分離した取っ手区画(7)を規定しており、
上記方法が:
複数の容器(1)を、連続して配置されている複数のステーション(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6)へと間欠的に移動させる工程、
前記充填ステーション(S3)で、容器(1)の前記充填ダクト(12)中に挿入された充填チューブ(22)により液体製品を前記製品区画(5)中に供給する工程、そして
前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)で、前記入口(11)上に適用されたノズル(30)によりガスを前記取っ手区画(7)中に供給する工程、
を備えていて、
ここにおいて、前記充填ステーション(S3)及び前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)は、前記充填ステーション(S3)に位置を定められている複数の容器(1)の1つの前記製品区画(5)へ液体製品が供給されている間に前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)に位置を定められている複数の容器(1)のもう1つの取っ手区画(7)へガスが供給されているよう操作されており、
前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)でガスを供給する工程が、
第1圧力(P1)で第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程及びこの第1ガス流れ(Q1)を前記ノズル(30)から取っ手区画(7)へと入口(11)を介し届ける工程、そして
続いて、前記第1圧力(P1)よりも低い第2圧力(P2)で第2ガス流れ(Q2)を提供する工程、そして前記第2圧力(P2)に対応して取っ手区画(7)の内側に目標圧力(PT)を設定するために前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)をノズル(30)から取っ手区画(7)へと入口(11)を介し届ける工程を備える、
ことを特徴としている、充填機械において折り畳み可能なタイプの複数の容器を取り扱うための方法。
[2] 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの量は、それを膨張させるためには十分であるが目標圧力(PT)に到達するには不十分である、[1]に記載の装置。
[3] 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの量は、前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程及び前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの総量の5〜75重量%に対応している、[1]又は[2]に記載の装置。
[4] 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)は大気圧よりも上に1〜7バールの範囲、そしてより好ましくは1.8〜3.5バールの範囲、の第1圧力(P1)で供給される、[1]〜[3]の何れか1項に記載の装置。
[5] 前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)は大気圧よりも上に0.3〜2バールの範囲、そしてより好ましくは0.5〜1.0バールの範囲、の第2圧力(P2)で供給される、[1]〜[4]の何れか1項に記載の装置。
[6] 一旦目標圧力(PT)に到達したら前記取っ手区画(7)を密封する工程をさらに備えている、[1]〜[5]の何れか1項に記載の方法。
[7] 前記密封が、加熱可能な密封部材(47)及び低熱伝導の非加熱可能区域(49)を有している密封ジョー(48)により行われ、
ここにおいて、前記密封ジョー(48)が前記取っ手区画(7)を充填しているガスを閉じ込めているシール(14)を提供するために取っ手区画(7)に係合され、そして
ここにおいて、前記密封ジョー(48)の前記非加熱可能区域(49)が前記取っ手区画(7)の加圧されている側に対面するよう配置されている、[6]に記載の方法。
Claims (7)
- 充填ステーション(S3)及びガス充填ステーション(S5)を備え連続して配置されている複数のステーション(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6)を備えている充填機械(20)中において折り畳み可能なタイプの複数の容器(1)を取り扱うための方法であって、
個々の容器(1)が2つの柔軟な対向している側壁(2)を備えていると共に、2つの側壁(2)が充填ダクト(12)を介し環境と連通している製品区画(5)及び前記2つの側壁(2)の一方に配置されている入口(11)を介し外界と連通している分離した取っ手区画(7)を規定しており、
上記方法が:
複数の容器(1)を、連続して配置されている複数のステーション(S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6)へと間欠的に移動させる工程、
前記充填ステーション(S3)で、容器(1)の前記充填ダクト(12)中に挿入された充填チューブ(22)により液体製品を前記製品区画(5)中に供給する工程、そして
互いに向かうノズル(30)及び当接部材(31)の相対運動により前記入口(11)上に前記ノズル(30)を適用し、それにより容器(1)を前記ノズル(30)に対面している前記入口(11)で挟持する工程、そして次に前記ノズル(30)を通してガスを供給する工程を備えている、前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)で、ガスを取っ手区画(7)中に供給する工程、
を備えていて、
ここにおいて、前記充填ステーション(S3)及び前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)は、前記充填ステーション(S3)に位置を定められている複数の容器(1)の1つの前記製品区画(5)へ液体製品が供給されている間に前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)に位置を定められている複数の容器(1)のもう1つの取っ手区画(7)へガスが供給されているよう操作されており、
前記ガス充填ステーション(S5)でガスを供給する工程が、
第1圧力(P1)で第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程及びこの第1ガス流れ(Q1)を前記ノズル(30)から取っ手区画(7)へと入口(11)を介し届ける工程、そして
続いて、前記第1圧力(P1)よりも低い第2圧力(P2)で第2ガス流れ(Q2)を提供する工程、そして前記第2圧力(P2)に対応して取っ手区画(7)の内側に目標圧力(PT)を設定するために前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)をノズル(30)から取っ手区画(7)へと入口(11)を介し届ける工程を備える、
ことを特徴としている、充填機械において折り畳み可能なタイプの複数の容器を取り扱うための方法。 - 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの量は、それを膨張させるためには十分であるが目標圧力(PT)に到達するには不十分である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの量は、前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)を提供する工程及び前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)を提供する工程の間に前記取っ手区画(7)へ届けられたガスの総量の5〜75重量%に対応している、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1ガス流れ(Q1)は大気圧よりも上に1〜7バールの範囲の第1圧力(P1)で供給される、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2ガス流れ(Q2)は大気圧よりも上に0.3〜2バールの範囲の第2圧力(P2)で供給される、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 一旦目標圧力(PT)に到達したら前記取っ手区画(7)を密封する工程をさらに備えている、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記密封が、加熱可能な密封部材(47)及び低熱伝導の非加熱可能区域(49)を有している密封ジョー(48)により行われ、
