Description
気泡形成組成物を作製するために、1wt%の平均粒径(D50)が5μmであるアルミニウム粉末(還元剤)及び0.1wt%未満の平均粒径(D50)が45μmである篩渣(Benda-Lutz(オーストリア)製)を99wt%の粉状炭酸カルシウム(Kalkfabrik Netstal(スイス)製の製品「Neckafill」)と混合した。粉状混合物を以下、空気連行剤LP−1と称する。
空気連行剤LP及びLP−Rの活性を様々なモルタル混合物にて調べた。表1に使用するモルタル混合物の一般乾燥組成を挙げる。
Claims (6)
- 密度が1.0kg/dm 3 以上である無機結合材組成物の凍結/凍結防止塩耐性を改善するための還元剤の使用であって、
平均粒径が2μm〜8μmである粒子形態の前記還元剤が、少なくとも1種の、炭酸カルシウムである充填材料との混合物の一部として、前記無機結合材組成物の結合材含量に対して0.0005wt%〜0.1wt%の割合にて添加されることを特徴とする、使用。 - 前記還元剤が、アルミニウム、マグネシウム、マンガン、亜鉛、及び/又はバナジウムからなる群より選択される金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記還元剤がアルミニウムのみからなるか、又はアルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記還元剤を、前記無機結合材組成物の結合材含量に対して0.001wt%〜0.05wt%の割合にて添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記還元剤が、前記無機結合材組成物の結合材含量に対して0.002wt%〜0.01wt%の割合にて添加されている平均粒径が2μm〜8μmの粉状アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記還元剤と、少なくとも1種の、炭酸カルシウムである充填材料との前記混合物が、0.1wt%〜10wt%の還元剤と、90wt%〜99.9wt%の少なくとも1種の充填材料とを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
