Description
−エネルギー分配は、インダクタの長手方向の延長部にわたって各インダクタの変化する断面によって明確にコントロールされることが可能である。
−エネルギー分配を制御するための他の可能性は、シールされるべきラミネートからのインダクタの変化する距離にある。
−さらに、エネルギー分配に明確に影響を与える可能性は、コンセントレータの少なくとも1つの部分部材が異なる透磁率を有する部分を有すること、及び/又はコンセントレータの少なくとも1つの部分部材が他の部分部材とは異なる透磁率を有することにある。より大きな透磁率を有する部分部材又は部分は、特にラミネートのより多くの数の積層体がシールされる必要があるインダクタの範囲に配置されている。

Claims (16)
- 電気的に非導電性の材料から成るキャリア層と、熱可塑性の材料から成るシール層と、前記シール層と前記キャリア層の間に配置された金属層とを含むラミネート(2)の複数の積層体を誘導シールするための装置(1)であって、
−第1のシール顎部(3a)及び第2のシール顎部(3b)であって、該シール顎部(3a,3b)が互いに対して相対的に可動に配置されている前記第1のシール顎部(3a)及び前記第2のシール顎部(3b)と、
−前記ラミネート(2)の複数の積層体を受け入れるための、前記第1のシール顎部(3a)と前記第2のシール顎部(3b)の間に配置されたシール隙間(4)と、
−互いに関して前記シール顎部(3a,3b)の相対的な移動を発生させること及び前記シール隙間(4)における前記ラミネート(2)の複数の積層体への押圧力を形成することに適した駆動部とを含み、
−前記各シール顎部(3a,3b)が、ブロック(7)と、前記シール隙間(4)の方向へ向いた溝開口部(9a)を有する溝(9)を含むブロック(7)に留められたコンセントレータ(8)とを含み、更に
−前記シール顎部(3a,3b)を押し付けることで前記ラミネート(2)の複数の積層体の隣接する熱可塑性の層を溶接するために前記ラミネート(2)における前記金属層を加熱することに適した、前記溝(9)へ入れられたインダクタ(10)を含む、
前記誘導シールするための装置において、
−前記ブロック(7)が金属材料で構成されており、
−前記コンセントレータ(8)が複数の部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)で構成されており、各部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)が強磁性及び誘電性の両方の特性を有する磁気誘電(絶縁)材料(MDM)で構成されており、
−全ての前記部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)が、互いに、及び前記金属ブロック(7)に関して電気的に絶縁されていること
を特徴とする誘導シールするための装置。 - −前記インダクタ(10)が上側のストランド(10a)及び下側のストランド(10c)を有しており、前記上側のストランド(10a)及び前記下側のストランド(10c)が横方向の屈曲部(10d)を用いて互いに接続されており、
−前記上側のストランド(10a)が、前記コンセントレータ(8)の前記少なくとも1つの第1の部分部材(8c,8d)の前記溝(9)へ入れられており、
−前記下側のストランド(10c)が、前記コンセントレータ(8)の前記少なくとも1つの第2の部分部材(8a,8b)の前記溝(9)へ入れられていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。 - 前記コンセントレータ(8)の前記部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)が、少なくとも1つの隙間(11a,11b)によって互いに電気的に絶縁されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- ポリイミドが、各隙間(11a,11b)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 前記コンセントレータ(8)の少なくとも2つの部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)が異なる透磁率を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 前記コンセントレータ(8)の少なくとも1つの部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)が異なる透磁率を有した部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- カバー(16)が、シール隙間(4)の方向に向いた各シール顎部(3a,3b)の側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 絶縁体(17)が、前記コンセントレータ(8)の全ての前記部分部材(8a,8b,8c,8d)を前記金属ブロック(7)に関して絶縁し、該金属ブロックが、少なくとも20W/mKの高い熱伝導率と、少なくとも1012Ωmm2/mの高い特有の電気比抵抗を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 前記絶縁体(17)が、セラミック材料窒化アルミニウム(AlN)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 前記インダクタ(10)が、冷却媒体を通過させるのに適した中空導体を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却通路(18)が各シール顎部(3a,3b)の前記ブロック(7)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- −各シール顎部(3a,3b)が、各シール顎部(3a,3b)の長手方向(14)にオフセットされた第1の部分(13a)及び第2の部分(13b)を有しており、
−前記インダクタ(10)が各シール顎部(3a,3b)の前記第1の部分(13a)においてのみ配置されていること、及び
−二次加圧・冷却範囲(15)が、前記第1及び第2のシール顎部(3a,3b)の向こう側の第2の部分(13b)間に位置していること
を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。 - 前記冷却通路(18)は、冷却媒体が前記第1及び第2の部分(13a,13b)の両方を通って流れることができるように、各シール顎部(3a,3b)の前記第1及び第2の部分(13a,13b)を通って延びていることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 前記冷却媒体のための前記冷却通路(18)の前記接続部(18c)が、前記第2の部分(13b)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の誘導シールするための装置(1)。
- 請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いた梱包のラミネート(2)の複数の積層体を誘導シールするための方法であって、以下のステップ:
−前記シール顎部(3a,3b)の反対側の前記第1の部分(13a)間の開放された前記シール隙間(4)へシールされるべき前記ラミネート(2)の複数の積層体を搬送するステップと、
−前記シール顎部(3a,3b)の前記第1の部分(13a)間の前記シール隙間(4)における前記ラミネート(2)の積層体をシールするステップと、
−前記シール隙間(4)を開放するステップと、
−前記シール顎部(3a,3b)の長手方向(14)にオフセットされた前記シール顎部(3a,3b)の前記第2の部分(13b)へ開放された前記シール隙間(4)における前記ラミネート(2)のシールされた積層体を搬送するステップと、
−前記シール隙間(4)の前記二次加圧・冷却範囲(15)における前記ラミネート(2)のシールされた積層体への押圧力を形成し、前記ラミネート(2)を冷却するステップと、
−前記シール隙間(4)を開放し、前記ラミネート(2)の冷却された積層体を前記シール隙間(4)から搬送するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記シールが、液体状の食料品のための充填機械の無菌の作業範囲においてなされ、押圧力の形成及び前記ラミネートの冷却が前記無菌の作業範囲の外部において前記二次加圧・冷却範囲(15)においてなされることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
