Description
Claims (12)
- 複数の個別のフィラメント(2)から成る1つの壁を備えており、前記複数の個別のフィラメント(2)は、近位側から遠位側へと軸方向で延びるほぼ管状の1つの編組体を形成するように纏められており、前記個別のフィラメント(2)は相互に交差し互いに交点(3)を形成しており、前記インプラント(1)は、導入カテーテル内では減じられた直径を有する形状を成し、埋め込み個所では血管直径に適合しながら拡張するように変形可能であって、前記編組体の近位端部及び/又は遠位端部ではフィラメント端部がそれぞれ少なくとも対になってまとめられ互いに永続的に結合されており、互いに結合されたフィラメント端部は非外傷的に成形される、血管用のインプラント(1)と、
導入ワイヤ(14)と、から成る組み合わせ体であって、前記インプラント(1)は、保持エレメント(15)を介して前記導入ワイヤ(14)に連結されている、組み合わせ体において、
前記インプラント(1)の近位端部に膨大部(6)が位置しており、該膨大部(6)は前記保持エレメント(15)によって形状接続的に保持され、前記保持エレメント(15)の一区分(16)は電解腐食可能に形成されており、
電解的に腐食可能に形成された前記区分(16)は、前記膨大部(6)の間に配置されてこれら膨大部を隔離するピンであり、
前記区分(16)が電解的に溶解された後、前記インプラント(1)の近位端部が解放されることを特徴とする、インプラント(1)と導入ワイヤ(14)とから成る組み合わせ体。 - 複数の個別のフィラメント(2)から成る1つの壁を備えており、前記複数の個別のフィラメント(2)は、近位側から遠位側へと軸方向で延びるほぼ管状の1つの編組体を形成するように纏められており、前記個別のフィラメント(2)は相互に交差し互いに交点(3)を形成しており、前記インプラント(1)は、導入カテーテル内では減じられた直径を有する形状を成し、埋め込み個所では血管直径に適合しながら拡張するように変形可能であって、前記編組体の近位端部及び/又は遠位端部ではフィラメント端部がそれぞれ少なくとも対になってまとめられ互いに永続的に結合されており、互いに結合されたフィラメント端部は非外傷的に成形される、血管用のインプラント(1)と、
導入ワイヤ(14)と、から成る組み合わせ体であって、前記インプラント(1)は、保持エレメント(15)を介して前記導入ワイヤ(14)に連結されている、組み合わせ体において、
前記インプラント(1)の近位端部に膨大部(6)が位置しており、該膨大部(6)は前記保持エレメント(15)によって形状接続的に保持され、前記保持エレメント(15)の一区分(16)は電解腐食可能に形成されており、
前記保持エレメント(15)の腐食可能に形成された前記区分(16)は、開口を備えたプレート(17)であって、前記インプラント(1)の近位端部に位置する前記膨大部(6)は前記開口を通って延びており、前記開口の直径は前記膨大部(6)に合わせて調整されており、即ち、前記プレート(17)が損傷されていない状態では前記膨大部(6)は前記開口を通り抜けないようになっており、
前記区分(16)が電解的に溶解された後、前記インプラント(1)の近位端部が解放されることを特徴とする、インプラント(1)と導入ワイヤ(14)とから成る組み合わせ体。 - 腐食可能に形成された前記区分(16)は、特殊鋼、マグネシウム、マグネシウム合金、又はコバルト・クロム合金から成っている、請求項1または2記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記フィラメント(2)の近位端部(10)側の最も近くに位置する交点(3)で互いに交差する前記フィラメント(2)が、それぞれ互いに結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記フィラメント(2)は、前記インプラント(1)の近位端部(10)に位置する交点(3)で、前記インプラント(1)に固定されたワイヤ(9)によって形成されるループ(8)を通して案内されている、請求項4記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記ループ(8)を形成する前記ワイヤ(9)は、前記インプラント(1)の近位端部(10)に固定されている、請求項5記載の組み合わせ体。
- 少なくとも幾つかのフィラメント(2)は前記インプラント(1)の前記近位端部(10)に位置する前記交点(3)でアイレット(12)を形成しており、この交点(3)でそれぞれ前記フィラメント(2)に交差する別のフィラメント(2)が前記アイレット(12)を通って延びている、請求項4記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記インプラント(1)の近位端部(10)に位置する交点(3)の領域で交差する前記フィラメント(2)が、この個所で互いに結束又は接着又はろう接又は溶接されている、請求項4記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記インプラント(1)の近位端部及び/又は遠位端部でまとめられた前記フィラメント(2)の端部に、X線不透過性マーキングが設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記X線不透過性マーキングは、まとめられた前記フィラメント(2)を取り囲むスリーブ(5)である、請求項9記載の組み合わせ体。
- 隣接して位置する、まとめられた前記フィラメント(2)を取り囲む前記スリーブ(5)は、軸方向で互いにずらされている、請求項10記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記導入ワイヤ(14)はガイドワイヤ先端(18)を有しており、該ガイドワイヤ先端は、前記導入ワイヤ(14)の遠位端部からさらに遠位側の方向へ、前記インプラント(1)の内室内へと延びており、または該端部を超えて延びている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の組み合わせ体。
