Claims (14)
- 心臓弁の外科的縮小を実施するための心臓弁アンカーであって、前記心臓弁アンカーは、
遠位部、遠位端、近位部、および近位端を含み、前記遠位端および前記近位端が長手方向軸を画定する本体であって、
前記本体の前記遠位部に第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分と、
前記本体の前記近位部に第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分と、
前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分の間に配置された根元部と、
を含む、本体と、
アンカーであって、組織貫通デバイス内に少なくとも部分的に収容されるように適合された第1の構成と、前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分が部分的または完全に拡張されて同アンカーが前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分の間にある領域の組織に係合する第2の構成と、を有する前記本体によって特徴づけられるアンカーと、を含み、
前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は環状弁組織を貫通するように構成されており、かつ前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分と前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分との間にて前記環状弁組織を圧縮するように構成されている、心臓弁アンカー。 - 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分の外径が前記根元部の外径よりも大きくなるように半径方向に拡張するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記アンカーが長手方向軸に沿って圧縮されるときに半径方向に拡張するように構成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記アンカーが形状記憶材料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記形状記憶材料がニチノールを含む、請求項4に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記アンカーの前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分が、前記第1の構成から前記第2の構成に自己拡張するように構成されている、請求項4または請求項5に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分が1つ以上の螺旋状に巻かれたワイヤを含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記半径方向に拡張可能な部分が、第1の直径を有する第1のワイヤと、第2の直径を有する第2のワイヤとを含む1つ以上のワイヤを含み、前記第1の直径は前記第2の直径より大きい、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 請求項7または請求項8の心臓弁アンカーは第1のカプラおよび第2のカプラをさらに備え、前記第1のカプラは、前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分の遠位端の周りに配置されるとともに連結され、前記第2のカプラは、前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分の近位端の周りに配置されるとともに連結され、前記第1のカプラおよび前記第2のカプラは、前記1つまたは複数のワイヤを前記遠位端および前記近位端にそれぞれ連結する、心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、それぞれ、前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分が軸方向の力によって圧縮されるときに、遠位方向または近位方向において、長手方向に調整されるピークを形成する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記組織貫通デバイスから解放されたときに半径方向に拡張するように構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記第1の構成にあるときにアンカーによって画定される長手方向軸に対して所定の角度に傾斜している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- 前記第1の半径方向に拡張可能な部分および前記第2の半径方向に拡張可能な部分は、前記第1の構成にあるときにアンカーによって画定される長手方向軸に対して約90度の角度で傾斜している、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の心臓弁アンカー。
- プッシュロッドに着脱可能に連結された請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のアンカーを含むアンカーアセンブリであって、前記アンカーは、拡張状態でアンカーをロックするように構成されたロック機構をさらに含み、前記ロック機構は、拡張可能なバーブ、ハイポチューブクラスプ、拡張可能なステント、折りたたみ可能なプルワイヤ、可撓性インサート、および一方向クラスプのうちの1つを含む、アンカーアセンブリ。
