具体例69:再生ポリマー材料、膨張火山灰、セルロース材料、及び無機フィラーを含んでなる組成物。
下記のプロトコルを使用して、混成物シートサンプル実施例1及び2を調製し、試験した。フレーク状PP、フィラー及び添加剤を、大きいポリエチレン袋内で乾燥混合した。TechnoPartner Samtoronic(ドイツ国ゲッピンゲン)から市販されているダブルベルトプレスを使用して、得られた材料を連続して圧縮成形して、厚さ約3.0mm及び幅1200mmを有するシートとした。サンプルを、全ての加熱域について200℃及び冷却域について70℃において加工した。ライン速度は1.0m/分であった。得られたシートサンプルを、300mm×300mmのテスト片に加工した。熱膨張試験を使用して、膨張百分率を測定した。パネルの15cm×15cmサンプルを室温(25℃)でX寸法及びY寸法の両方で測定した。続いて、サンプルを、70℃にセットした実験室用オーブンに置いた。1時間後、オーブンからサンプルを取り出し、マイクロメーターを使用して、X寸法及びY寸法において測定した。各処方について、水分摂取率も測定した。そのため、初めに、15cm×15cmのサンプルの質量を測定した。続いて、サンプルを、室温の水浴内に置いた。24時間後、サンプルを浴から取り出し、表面の水分をペーパータオルでふき取り、秤量した。これらの測定から、水分摂取率(%)を決定した。アルキメデス法を使用して、全てのサンプルについて比重を測定した。実施例1及び2について得られた結果を表2に示す。
Claims (5)
- (i)水砕法からの再生ポリマー、低密度ポリエチレン、農業用フィルム廃棄物からのポリマー、都市ごみ廃棄物からのポリマー、医療用品廃棄物からのポリマー、又はその組み合わせから選ばれるPVCフリーの再生ポリマー材料、(ii)少なくとも2:1(長さ:幅)のアスペクト比を有する高アスペクト比フィラー、及び(iii)0.7g/cm3未満の比重を有する軽量フィラーを含んでなる混成物を熱圧着することによって調製された、ボイドを有するPVCフリーの基材を含んでなるPVCフリーのフローリング材であって、前記基材が、比重0.5〜1.6g/cm3、熱膨張率70μm/m/K未満、熱膨張試験法による熱膨張0.5%未満、及び室温において、水中に24時間浸漬した後の水吸収10%未満の内の少なくとも2つの特性を示すものであるPVCフリーのフローリング材。
- PVCフリーの再生ポリマー材料が、水砕法からの再生ポリマーを含むものである請求項1に記載のPVCフリーのフローリング材。
- 熱圧着によってPVCフリーのフローリング材用の基材を形成する方法であって、前記方法は、
(a)第1の回転ベルトの上に混成物を分散すること、ここで、前記混成物は、(i)水砕法からの再生ポリマー、低密度ポリエチレン、農業用フィルム廃棄物からのポリマー、都市ごみ廃棄物からのポリマー、医療用品廃棄物からのポリマー、又はその組み合わせから選ばれるPVCフリーの再生ポリマー材料、(ii)少なくとも2:1(長さ:幅)のアスペクト比を有する高アスペクト比フィラー、及び(iii)0.7g/cm3未満の比重を有する軽量フィラーを含んでなるものであり、及び
(b)前記第1の回転ベルトと第2の回転ベルトとの間で、乾燥ブレンドとしての前記混成物を、直接熱圧縮して、ボイドを有するPVCフリーの基材を形成すること
を含んでなり、前記基材は、比重0.5〜1.6g/cm3、熱膨張率70μm/m/K未満、熱膨張試験法による熱膨張0.5%未満、及び室温において、水中に24時間浸漬した後の水吸収10%未満の内の少なくとも2つの特性を示すものである方法。 - (a)(i)水砕法からの再生ポリマー、低密度ポリエチレン、農業用フィルム廃棄物からのポリマー、都市ごみ廃棄物からのポリマー、医療用品廃棄物からのポリマー、又はその組み合わせから選ばれるPVCフリーの再生ポリマー材料、(ii)少なくとも2:1(長さ:幅)のアスペクト比を有する高アスペクト比フィラー、及び(iii)0.7g/cm3未満の比重を有する軽量フィラーを含んでなる混成物を熱圧着することによって調製されたボイドを有するPVCフリーの基材であって、比重0.5〜1.6g/cm3、熱膨張率70μm/m/K未満、熱膨張試験法による熱膨張0.5%未満、及び室温において、水中に24時間浸漬した後の水吸収10%未満の内の少なくとも2つの特性を示す基材、及び
(b)前記基材の表面に結合した第2の層
を含んでなるPVCフリーの基材を含む多層状フローリング材。 - PVCフリーの再生ポリマー材料が、水砕法からの再生ポリマーを含むものである請求項4に記載のPVCフリーの基材を含む多層状フローリング材。
