Claims (3)
- シール破損に起因したコンベア構成部品内からの汚染物質の放出を最小限に抑える方法において、
コンベア構成部品に、表面を有する1つ又は複数の要素と、1つ又は複数の表面と連通する1つ又は複数のシールとに囲まれる封止領域を形成するステップと;
前記封止領域から流体ラインを延在させるステップと;
前記流体ラインをポンプに接続するステップと;
前記封止領域内から流体を抜き取るステップであって、それにより前記封止領域内に負圧を生じさせるステップと;
シール破損を検出するステップであって、前記封止領域内から流体を抜き取ることにより前記封止領域内の流体圧を変化させ、それによって前記封止領域と基準圧力値との間の圧力差を生じさせ、前記封止領域と前記基準圧力値との間の圧力差を監視することにより、シール破損を検出するステップと;
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記コンベア構成部品が中空コンベアフレームであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記基準圧力値が、前記封止領域外の周囲環境の流体圧に対応することを特徴とする方法。
