Claims (17)
- 底壁と、
底壁に結合された側壁と、
側壁に結合された上壁であって、上壁は第1の部分および第2の部分を有し、第1の部分は底壁に対して第1の高さにあり、第2の部分は底壁に対して第1の高さよりも高い第2の高さにあり、試薬容器が回転したときに試薬容器中の液体が、上壁の下側から上方に延在する囲まれた空洞に流入することができるように、第2の部分が前記空洞を画定している、上壁と、
第1の高さおよび第2の高さとは異なる第3の高さを有し、底壁に結合され底壁から延在しているバッフルと
を備える試薬容器。 - 第3の高さが第1の高さよりも高い、請求項1に記載の試薬容器。
- 底壁、側壁、および上壁がチャンバを画定し、上壁の第1の部分はチャンバと流体連絡している開口を備える、請求項1に記載の試薬容器。
- バッフルが側壁から離間している、請求項1に記載の試薬容器。
- 側壁が第1の側壁であり、試薬容器は第2の側壁をさらに備え、バッフルは第2の側壁から離間している、請求項4に記載の試薬容器。
- 第1の末端壁と、第1の末端壁の反対側の第2の末端壁とをさらに備え、
第1の末端壁および第2の末端壁は第1の側壁および第2の側壁に結合されており、

- バッフルが第1のバッフルであり、試薬容器は第2のバッフルをさらに備え、第1のバッフルおよび第2のバッフルは試薬容器の回転軸に対して半径方向に設けられている、請求項1に記載の試薬容器。
- 第2のバッフルが底壁から延在する、請求項8に記載の試薬容器。

底壁に結合され、側壁および上壁から離間しているバッフルであって、底壁から延在しているバッフルと、

円形の経路に沿って試薬容器を回転させるステップは、バッフルの周りで液体の一部を移動させる遠心力を引き起こし、クラウンによって画定された空間内に向かって液体の一部を移動させる、方法。 - バッフルおよびクラウンは、液体の一部がバッフルの周りで移動し、および液体の一部がクラウンによって画定された空間内に移動する際に、液体中の気泡形成を低減する、請求項13に記載の方法。
