Claims (14)
- バッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルに隣接して配置され、前記バッテリーセルの一面を覆う第1カバーと、
前記バッテリーセルと前記第1カバーとの間に介し、弾性を有する第1弾性部材と、を含み、
前記第1弾性部材は、所定の厚さを有し、弾性力を有する弾性体を内部に備えた弾性マットであり、
前記弾性体が、バネであり、
前記バネは、2つ以上が備えられ、前記弾性マット内で不均一に配置されたことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記弾性マットは、内部が弾性体で充填されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、部分的に密度を異にしたことを特徴と請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記弾性体は、中心部に密集し、前記弾性マットの中心部の密度が前記弾性マットの周辺部の密度よりも相対的に大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルに隣接して配置され、前記バッテリーセルの一面を覆う第1カバーと、
前記バッテリーセルと前記第1カバーとの間に介し、弾性を有する第1弾性部材と、を含み、
前記第1弾性部材は、所定の厚さを有し、弾性力を有する弾性体を内部に備えた弾性マットであり、
前記弾性体が、バネであり、
前記バネは、2つ以上が備えられ、前記バネの一部は、残りのバネと弾性係数が異なることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バネの一部は、残りのバネよりも弾性係数が相対的に大きく、前記弾性マットの中心部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- バッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルに隣接して配置され、前記バッテリーセルの一面を覆う第1カバーと、
前記バッテリーセルと前記第1カバーとの間に介し、弾性を有する第1弾性部材と、を含み、
前記第1弾性部材は、所定の厚さを有し、弾性力を有する弾性体を内部に備えた弾性マットであり、
前記弾性マットには、少なくとも一つ以上の挿入溝が形成されたことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記挿入溝は、前記バッテリーセル、前記弾性マット及び前記第1カバーの積層方向へ形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1カバーには、前記挿入溝に対応する位置に、前記挿入溝に倣う形状を有する対応突起が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記対応突起の大きさは、前記挿入溝の大きさよりも相対的に大きく、前記対応突起は、前記挿入溝に圧入嵌合することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1カバーは、プレート形状を有し、金属材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルに隣接して配置され、前記バッテリーセルの他面を覆う第2カバーと、
前記バッテリーセルと前記第2カバーと間に介し、弾性を有する第2弾性部材と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、パウチ型二次電池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項13のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む電気自動車。
