Claims (5)
- 파우치와 상기 파우치의 일측에 형성되는 전극탭으로 구성된 파우치형 셀을 보호하는 파우치형 셀 케이스에 있어서,
2개가 적층된 상기 파우치형 셀의 파우치 외측면을 지지하는 2장의 커버; 및
상기 파우치형 셀과 파우치형 셀 사이에 구비되어 단락을 방지하고, 상기 파우치형 셀과 파우치형 셀 사이를 이격시키는 파티션;을 포함하되,
상기 파티션은
내부가 비어있는 프레임과,
상기 프레임 일측에 형성되어 상기 전극탭을 지지하는 탭지지부를 포함하고,
상기 커버의 중앙부는 상기 파우치형 셀을 수용하는 내측방향으로 돌출되는 곡면 구배가 형성되어 상기 파우치에 적절한 면 압력을 제공하고,
상기 프레임 내부의 비어있는 공간에는 상기 파우치와 커버 사이의 면 압력을 조절할 수 있는 완충패드가 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 셀 케이스.

상기 커버는 내측이 함몰되고 외측이 돌출되도록 프레스 가공되는 곡면 형상의 적층부가 다수 형성되되, 상기 다수의 적층부는 동일한 높이로 형성되어 이웃하는 커버의 적층부와 맞닿아 모듈의 적층시 모듈 사이에 빈 공간을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 셀 케이스.
