Description
Claims (4)
- シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドとを備えた第一シリンダ本体と、前記第一シリンダ本体内に液圧を供給するポンプと、前記第一シリンダ本体の推力発生方向と推力を調節する液圧回路とを備え、アクチュエータとしてもダンパとしても機能する第一シリンダ装置と、
シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドとを備えた第二シリンダ本体と、前記第二シリンダ本体を伸長時にのみ減衰力を発揮するダンパと収縮時にのみ減衰力を発揮するダンパと伸縮の両側で減衰力を発揮するダンパのいずれかに設定可能なダンパ回路とを備え、ダンパとしてのみ機能する第二シリンダ装置とを備え、
前記液圧回路と前記ダンパ回路が同一回路である
ことを特徴とする鉄道用制振装置。 - 前記第一シリンダ本体における前記シリンダの内径と前記第二シリンダ本体における前記シリンダの内径とは同一径であり、
前記第一シリンダ本体における前記ピストンの外径と前記第二シリンダ本体における前記ピストンの外径とは同一径であり、
前記第一シリンダ本体における前記ロッドの外径と前記第二シリンダ本体における前記ロッドの外径とは同一径である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道用制振装置。 - 前記第一シリンダ装置は、前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画した伸側室と圧側室と、タンクとを備え、
前記第二シリンダ装置は、前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画した伸側室と圧側室と、タンクとを備え、
前記液圧回路および前記ダンパ回路は、前記伸側室と前記圧側室とを連通する第一通路と、前記第一通路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、前記圧側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路と、前記第二通路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、前記タンクから前記圧側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、前記圧側室から前記伸側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路と、前記伸側室を前記タンクへ接続する排出通路と、前記排出通路の途中に設けた可変リリーフ弁とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄道用制振装置。 - 前記第一シリンダ装置は、
前記ポンプと、前記ポンプを前記伸側室と前記タンクとに連通する供給通路と、前記供給通路の途中に配置されるとともに前記ポンプから前記伸側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する逆止弁と、前記ポンプを駆動するモータとが設けられる回路ブロックを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の鉄道用制振装置。
