Description

ミッドソール本体要素3は、30ショア〜50ショアの範囲内の硬さとすることができる。
内側回内運動制御要素4は、45ショア〜65ショアの範囲内の硬さとすることができる。その硬さは、いずれの場合でも、ミッドソール本体要素3の硬さよりも硬く、好ましくは、外側回内運動制御要素5の硬さより硬いか、またはそれと同一である。
外側回内運動制御要素5は、40ショア〜60ショアの範囲内の硬さとすることができるが、いずれの場合でも、ミッドソール本体要素3の硬さよりも硬い。
長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素2は、55ショア〜80ショアの範囲内の硬さとすることができるが、いずれの場合でも、内側回内運動制御要素4および外側回内運動制御要素5の硬さよりも硬い。

Claims (14)
- 使用者の足のための弾性支持を提供するミッドソール本体要素であって、
第1硬さ(durometer)を有し、靴底の大部分の面積に延長する少なくとも弾性的に圧縮可能な第1材料(elastically compressible first material)を含むミッドソール本体要素と、
歩行時(walking)またはランニング(running)時に使用者の足に対して長さ方向の誘導を提供し、かつ前記第1硬さよりも大きい第2硬さを有する第2材料を含む長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素(longitudinal pronation guiding element)であって、
前記靴底の幅よりも実質的に狭く、かつ前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の踵(heel)領域から前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の足指(toe)領域まで最適歩行圧力の所定の、実質的にS字型の長さ方向線に沿って延長する長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素と、を含み、
前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素は、前記ミッドソール本体要素の足対向表面領域(foot−facing surface region)内に位置し、その長さに沿って踵から足指までの順序(heel−to−toe order)で、踵領域、中足(mid−foot)領域、母指球領域(ball領域)および足指領域を含み、前記靴底は、前記踵領域または足指領域においてよりも前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記中足領域においてさらに大きい前記靴底の全体硬さを提供する歩行増強要素を含む履物用靴底。 - 歩行時またはランニング時に地面と足の初期接触段階中に使用者の足の過剰回内運動(overpronation)に抵抗する内側回内運動制御要素(medial pronation control element)を含み、
前記内側回内運動制御要素は、前記ミッドソール本体要素の内側(medial side)上に位置し、かつミッドソール本体要素の実質的に後半部内に位置し、前記内側回内運動制御要素は、前記第1硬さよりも大きい第3硬さを有する弾性の第3材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物用靴底。 - 歩行時またはランニング時に地面と足の中間歩行(mid−gait)接触段階中に前記使用者の足の回外運動(supination)に抵抗する外側回内運動制御要素(lateral pronation control element)を含み、
前記外側回内運動制御要素は、ミッドソール本体要素の外側(lateral side)の領域および前記靴底の長さに沿って中間点にある外側面の少なくとも一部分内に位置し、前記外側回内運動制御要素は、前記第1硬さよりも大きい第4硬さを有する弾性の第4材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の履物用靴底。 - 前記内側回内運動制御要素、前記外側回内運動制御要素、前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素および前記歩行増強要素のうち少なくとも1つは、前記ミッドソール本体要素の隣接領域として形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記第2硬さは、前記第1硬さよりも少なくとも10ショア(Shore)大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記第2硬さは、前記第1硬さよりも少なくとも20ショア大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記第1硬さは、30ショア〜50ショアの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記歩行増強要素は、前記中足領域内に前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の肥厚部(thickening)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記中足領域は、隣接する前記踵領域および母指球領域よりも前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の厚さが大きくて、かつ前記ミッドソール本体要素の厚さが小さく、前記中足領域にける前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素および前記ミッドソール本体要素の組合せ硬さが、前記隣接する踵領域および母指球領域における前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素および前記ミッドソール本体要素の組合せ硬さよりも実質的に大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記中足領域の厚さは、前記中足領域における前記ミッドソール本体要素の厚さと実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記靴底に対する地面接触外部表面を提供するアウトソールを含み、前記アウトソールは、前記第1硬さよりも大きい第5硬さを有し、前記靴底の大部分の面積に延長する少なくとも1つの第5材料を含み、
前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記中足領域の厚さは、前記中足領域における前記ミッドソール本体要素および前記アウトソールの組合せ厚さと実質的に同一であり、前記アウトソールは、開口を含み、前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記中足領域の前記第2材料が、前記アウトソール内の前記開口内に延長していることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の履物用靴底。 - 前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素は、前記踵領域、前記中足領域、前記母指球領域および前記足指領域のうち1つ以上において実質的に平行な最上部表面および最下部表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記最上部表面および最下部表面は、前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素にわたって相互に対して傾き、前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素が実質的にウェッジ形状の横断面(wedge−shaped transverse cross−section)を有することを特徴とする請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
- 前記長さ方向の回内運動誘導要素の前記最上部表面および最下部表面のうち一方または両方は、湾曲形状(curved shape)の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項12または13のいずれか1項に記載の履物用靴底。
