Description

Claims (18)
- 医療用挿入デバイスであって、
基端部から先端部まで延在し、かつ、蛇行する通路に沿って内視鏡の作業チャネルを通って挿入されるのに十分な可撓性を有している長尺状シャフトであって、
前記基端部から前記先端部まで延在し、かつ、その内部を通って長手方向に延在するチャネルを有するコイルと、
前記コイルの一部の周囲に延在する編組部であって、複数の線を含み、前記複数の線が、そのうちの第1線および第2線が交差して、長尺状シャフトの軸に対して直交する方向からみた場合に前記第1線と第2線との間に所定角度をなすように合わせて巻回されており、前記角度が25度以上50度未満である、編組部と、
を含んでいる、長尺状シャフトを具備している、医療用挿入デバイス。 - 前記線のうちの第1線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでおり、かつ、前記線のうちの第2線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線の各々が同じ数のフィラメントを含んでいる、請求項2に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記編組部が合わせて巻回された8本の線を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記線のうちの第2線のフィラメントの直径と同じである、請求項2に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記線のうちの第2線のフィラメントの直径とは異なっている、請求項2に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記コイルに対する前記編組部の配置方向を固定する前記編組部の上のプラスチック押出成形品をさらに具備している、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記プラスチック押出成形品が、前記コイルに隣接する前記編組部の外面および前記編組部の内面のうちの一方に配置されている、請求項7に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が所定のピックカウントで巻回されている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が、前記線の交差部が前記コイルの谷部、前記コイルの頂部ならびに前記コイルの谷部および頂部の組合せのうちの1つで発生するような係止編組パターンで巻回されている、請求項9に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が矩形断面および円形断面のうちの1つを有している、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの先端部が、組織クリッピングデバイスと係合するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 医療用挿入デバイスであって、
基端部から先端部まで延在し、かつ、蛇行する通路に沿って内視鏡の作業チャネルを通って挿入されるのに十分な可撓性を有している長尺状シャフトであって、
前記基端部から前記先端部まで延在するコイル状シャフト部と、
前記コイル状シャフト部の上に配置された編組シャフト部であって、複数の線から形成され、前記線が、そのうちの第1線および第2線が交差して、長尺状シャフトの軸に対して直交する方向からみた場合に前記第1線と第2線との間に所定角度をなすように合わせて編組されており、前記角度が25度以上50度未満である、編組シャフト部と、
を含んでいる、長尺状シャフトを具備している、医療用挿入デバイス。 - 前記線が噛合いパターンで編組されている、請求項13に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでおり、かつ、前記線のうちの第2線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでいる、請求項13に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記線のうちの第2線のフィラメントの直径とは異なる、請求項15に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記コイル状シャフト部に対する前記編組シャフト部の配置方向を固定するプラスチック押出成形品をさらに具備している、請求項13に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記プラスチック押出成形品が、前記コイル状シャフト部に隣接する前記編組シャフト部の外面および前記編組シャフト部の内面のうちの一方に配置されている、請求項17に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
