Claims (13)
- コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体であって、
経頭蓋磁気刺激(TMS)コイル装置が、被検者を刺激するための二相二重パルスペアであって、第1の二相パルス及び前記第1の二相パルスが完了してから生成される第2の二相パルスからなり、前記第2の二相パルスが前記第1の二相パルスより小さな振幅を有することを特徴とする二相二重パルスペアを誘起するステップを実行し、
測定装置が、前記TMSの刺激に対する前記被検者の反応を前記TMSの刺激の後で測定するステップを実行するように、
前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるためのプログラムを記憶した、コンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。 - 前記プログラムは、前記測定するステップが、前記TMSコイル装置が磁気刺激を実際に生成していない時点において行われるように前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第2の二相パルスが、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第1の二相パルスが完了してから1ms未満後に生成されるように前記TMSコイル装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記TMSコイル装置によって生成される磁気刺激が、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第2の二相パルスが終結してから2ms以内には存在しないように前記TMSコイル装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第2の二相パルスの終結と、前記二相二重パルスペアに対する前記被検者の反応の少なくとも最初の部分を測定する前との間に、前記TMSコイル装置によって磁場が生成されないように前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記被検者の反応の前記少なくとも最初の部分が前記被検者に対する前記刺激の効果を判定するために十分なものであるように前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項5に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記測定装置は、EEG、マイクロホン、及び/又はビデオ記録器である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第2の二相パルスが完了したら、前記測定装置がアクティブ化されるように前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第1の二相パルスの前に、前記測定装置が非アクティブ化されるように前記TMSコイル装置及び前記測定装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第2の二相パルスの振幅が、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第1の二相パルスの振幅より5〜50%だけ小さいように前記TMSコイル装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記プログラムは、前記二相二重パルスペアの前記第1の二相パルスの振幅が、前記被検者についての通常の運動閾値より5〜40%だけ小さいように前記TMSコイル装置をプロセッサに制御させるための命令を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記二相二重パルスペアは単一のキャパシタから放出される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
- 前記二相二重パルスペアは単一のキャパシタから放出され、刺激器回路は、前記第1の二相パルスから0.5〜100ms以内に第2の二相パルスを放出することが可能な高速スイッチング構成要素を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能媒体。
