を含む方法。

Claims (19)
- 痔核の治療のために痔核動脈を結紮する装置であって、
管状ハウジングと、
吸引により組織ひだを形成するために開放空洞を画定する、前記管状ハウジングの先端部の吸引チャンバであり、痔核動脈を圧縮し且つ結紮するように配置可能な一つ又は複数のクリップを受け取る手段を有する、吸引チャンバと、
前記吸引チャンバ及びクリップ配置機構に対して基端側のドップラー超音波センサであって、痔核動脈の位置を特定するためのドップラー超音波センサと、
前記管状ハウジングの基端部のハンドルであって、前記吸引チャンバ内の吸引力を活性化し、前記痔核動脈を圧縮し且つ結紮するように前記一つ又は複数のクリップを配置する機構を備えたハンドルと、
を具備する装置。 - 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々は、互いに対して変位可能な二つのクリップアームを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップアームは、変位されるときに角度をなして閉鎖する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップアームに接続された、内側に対向するジョーをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々は前記クリップアームの前記端部においてブロックを備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックは歯付きである、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップアームは、前記ブロックから取り外し可能である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ブロックは生体吸収性である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々は少なくとも二つの鋭利端を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも二つの鋭利端は複数の歯を含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々は、閉じるように付勢されており、配置されるまで開いて保持される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々は、前記ハウジング内の開放形態及び閉鎖形態を有し、前記閉鎖形態に付勢されており、前記開放形態に配置可能である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップの各々はニチノールを備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引チャンバは吸引ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引ポートは、前記ハウジングの底部と同一平面に向けることが可能である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップは、前記組織ひだの基部を少なくとも部分的に挟み付けるように配置可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー超音波センサは、前記吸引チャンバに隣接する前記ハウジング上において保持される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングに組織を引き込むように構成された後退可能吸引ポートをさらに備える、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数のクリップは、前記組織の山の長軸に平行な方向に到達可能である、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
