Claims (10)
- 煙塵に還元剤を添加し、前記煙塵を前記還元剤とともに加熱して、揮発性成分を分離する、さらに前記還元剤は炭素質化合物である乾式冶金法で生じた2〜10w/w%のヒ素および/またはアンチモンを含有する煙塵を処理する方法において、循環式流動床内で加熱を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、加熱する前に前記煙塵を造粒することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、造粒中に前記炭素質化合物および/または結合剤を前記煙塵に混合させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2または3に記載の方法において、20〜200℃の温度で造粒を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、40〜120℃の温度で造粒を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法において、不活性または還元雰囲気中で加熱を実行することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法において、500〜1200℃の温度で加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7に記載の方法において、750〜950℃の温度で加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法において、加熱後に該熱の少なくとも一部を回収して、前記造粒処理および/または前記加熱に供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 炭素質還元剤を添加する装置と、前記還元剤とともに煙塵を加熱する反応炉と、揮発性成分を分離する分離器と、前記反応炉に前記煙塵を送り込む前に該煙塵を造粒する装置とを有し、前記反応炉は流動床反応炉である乾式冶金法で生じた2〜10w/w%のヒ素および/またはアンチモンを含有する煙塵を処理する設備において、排ガスを供給する導管は前記流動床反応炉から後燃焼反応炉に通じ、該後燃焼反応炉において前記排ガスに含有されている含有ヒ素の一部がAs(III)からAs(V)に酸化されることを特徴とする設備。
