Description

Claims (24)
- 減圧を用いて患者の組織部位を治療するためのシステムにおいて、前記システムが:
前記組織部位に近接して配置するための減圧ドレッシングと;
前記減圧ドレッシングに流体的に結合されて、そこに減圧を供給する第1の減圧導管と;
第1の高透湿度部材によって分離された第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバを有するインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチであって、前記第1の減圧導管が前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチと;
前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合された減圧源と;
第1の蒸発ポートにおいて前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合された圧力源と;
前記インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチに形成された第2の蒸発ポートと
を含み、
前記圧力源が前記第2のチャンバ内で空気を動かすように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチが:
前記第1のチャンバおよび前記第2のチャンバを形成するために、前記第1の高透湿度部材によって2つの部分に分割される内部を有するパウチ本体と;
前記第1のチャンバ内に配置される貯蔵材と;
前記第2のチャンバ内に配置される空気移動マニホールドと
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材および第1の吸上部材を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記貯蔵材が、吸収部材、第1の吸上部材、および第2の吸上部材を含み、前記吸収部材が前記第1の吸上部材と前記第2の吸上部材との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 患者からの体液用のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、
第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバを形成するために、第1の高透湿度部材によって2つの部分に分割される内部を有するパウチ本体と;
前記第1のチャンバ内に配置される貯蔵材と;
前記第2のチャンバ内に配置される空気移動マニホールドと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1のポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2のポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1の蒸発ポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2の蒸発ポートと
を含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。 - 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材を含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材および第1の吸上部材を含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記貯蔵材が、吸収部材、第1の吸上部材、および第2の吸上部材を含み、前記吸収部材が前記第1の吸上部材と前記第2の吸上部材との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記パウチ本体に結合されかつ前記第1のポートに流体的に結合されている第1のマイクロポンプをさらに含み、前記第1のマイクロポンプが、前記第1のポートに供給される減圧を生じるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記パウチ本体に結合されかつ前記第1の蒸発ポートに流体的に結合されている第2のマイクロポンプをさらに含み、前記第2のマイクロポンプが、前記第2のチャンバにおいて、前記第1の蒸発ポートと前記第2の蒸発ポートとの間に空気の流れを生じるように動作可能であることを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、
前記パウチ本体に結合されかつ前記第1のポートに流体的に結合されている第1のマイクロポンプであって、前記第1のポートに供給される減圧を生じるように動作可能である第1のマイクロポンプと;
前記パウチ本体に結合されかつ前記第1の蒸発ポートに流体的に結合されている第2のマイクロポンプであって、前記第2のチャンバにおいて、前記第1の蒸発ポートと前記第2の蒸発ポートとの間に空気の流れを生じるように動作可能である第2のマイクロポンプと
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。 - 請求項6に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記パウチ本体の表面積が、平面図において、200平方センチメートル超、および730平方センチメートル未満であることを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
- 患者の外側にある体液を一時的に貯蔵および処理する方法において、
インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチを提供するステップであって、前記インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチが:
第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバを形成するために、第1の高透湿度部材によって2つの部分に分割される内部を有するパウチ本体、
前記第1のチャンバ内に配置される貯蔵材、
前記第2のチャンバ内に配置される空気移動マニホールド、
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1のポート、
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2のポート、
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1の蒸発ポート、および
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2の蒸発ポート
を含むステップと;
液体を含む前記体液を、前記第1のポートへおよび前記第1のチャンバまで供給するステップと;
前記空気移動マニホールドを通して前記第2のチャンバに空気の流れを発生させるステップであって、それにより、前記第1の高透湿度部材にわたって湿度勾配が維持され、前記第1のチャンバから液体を蒸発させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法において、体液を供給する前記ステップが:前記第2のポートに減圧を供給し、かつ前記第1のポートを前記患者に流体的に結合して、体液を受け取ること含むことを特徴とする、方法。

- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記第2のチャンバに空気の流れを発生させる前記ステップが、前記第1の蒸発ポートに正圧を適用して、前記第2の蒸発ポートから空気が出ることができるようにすることを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材および第1の吸上部材を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法において、前記貯蔵材が、吸収部材、第1の吸上部材、および第2の吸上部材を含み、前記吸収部材が、前記第1の吸上部材と前記第2の吸上部材との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、方法。
- 患者からの体液用のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、
第1のチャンバ、第2のチャンバ、および第3のチャンバを形成するために、第1の高透湿度部材および第2の高透湿度部材によって3つの部分に分割された内部を有するパウチ本体であって、前記第1のチャンバは、前記第2のチャンバと第3のチャンバとの間にある、パウチ本体と;
前記第1のチャンバ内に配置される貯蔵材と;
前記第2のチャンバ内に配置された第1の空気移動マニホールドと;
前記第3のチャンバ内に配置された第2の空気移動マニホールドと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1のポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第1のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2のポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第1の蒸発ポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第2のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第2の蒸発ポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第3のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第3の蒸発ポートと;
前記パウチ本体に形成されかつ前記第3のチャンバに流体的に結合されている第4の蒸発ポートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。 - 請求項21に記載のインライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチにおいて、前記貯蔵材が吸収部材を含むことを特徴とする、インライン式貯蔵・液体処理パウチ。
