また、平均して圧力が加わるように、下側押圧部材61と接着フィルム5との間には第1のクッションシート63、上側押圧部材62と接着フィルム5との間には、第2のクッションシート64をそれぞれ配置しているが、表面側の細線電極11aの本数と裏面側の細線電極12aの本数との違いにより、クッションシート63、64と電極とが接触する総面積が相違することになる。

Claims (3)
- 太陽電池の表面電極及び裏面電極に樹脂接着剤を用いて配線材を電気的に接続させる工程を備える太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記太陽電池の上側に位置する上側のヒートブロックで構成される上側押圧部材、及び前記太陽電池の下側に位置し実温度が前記上側のヒートブロックの実温度よりも高い下側のヒートブロックで構成される下側押圧部材の位置まで搬送ベルトにより送られた前記太陽電池の表面電極上に、樹脂接着剤、第1の配線材、シリコンラバーシートからなる第1のクッションシート、前記上側押圧部材、をこの順序に配し、前記太陽電池の裏面電極上に、樹脂接着剤、第2の配線材、前記シリコンラバーシートからなる第2のクッションシート、前記下側押圧部材、をこの順序に配する工程と、
前記上側押圧部材及び下側押圧部材を互いに向き合う方向に加圧すると共に前記樹脂接着剤の硬化温度以上の温度で加熱して、前記樹脂接着剤を熱硬化させて前記表面電極及び前記裏面電極と前記配線材とを固定する工程と、
前記押圧部材の加圧を解除し、前記第2のクッションシートを前記太陽電池に粘着させながら前記上側押圧部材を上方に移動させ、前記第1のクッションシートを前記太陽電池から剥がす工程と、を備え、
前記搬送ベルトは、前記第2のクッションシートと前記下側のヒートブロックが挿入可能なスリットを有し、前記スリットに面して前記第2のクッションシートおよび前記下側のヒータブロックが配されており、
前記第2のクッションシートが前記太陽電池に貼りつく粘着力は、前記第1のクッションシートが前記太陽電池に貼りつく粘着力より大きい、
太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、前記第1のクッションシート及び前記第2のクッションシートの厚みが等しい、
太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの製造方法であって、前記第1のクッションシートを前記太陽電池から剥がす工程において、前記搬送ベルトにより、前記第2のクッションシートを太陽電池から引き剥がす、
