(a)収縮または弛緩時に、そのプルラインに向かって、またはプルラインから離れるように動く筋肉の側方粗運動

筋線維の側方振動(MMGでは皮膚で計る)は、運動単位活動の固有力学特性を反映している。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも骨格筋、筋部位、腱、および靭帯の一つを含む測定対象(7)の生体力学的特性、収縮特性、粘弾性特性の選択的かつ非侵襲的な測定のための測定装置(A)であって、
測定対象(7)の上の皮膚表面(5)に押し付けられるセンサ先端部(2)を有する力測定センサまたは圧力測定センサ(1)と、マイクロプロセッサ(3)と、前記皮膚表面(5)上での当該測定装置(A)の適切な位置決めを提供する支持部(4)と、を備える構成であって、
前記センサ先端部(2)を、前記測定対象(7)の上の前記皮膚表面(5)に所定の食い込み深さまで食い込ませ、その食い込み深さが測定される力によって変化することのない状態で、該センサ先端部に作用する力を力計または圧力計によって測定することを特徴とする測定装置。 - 前記測定センサ(1)は、石英圧電型力センサのような圧電効果に基づくもの、または該センサ(1)内の電気素子のキャパシタンス、インダクタンス、または抵抗の変化が、該センサ(1)が受ける歪みに比例することで、前記センサ先端部(2)にかかる圧力を電気信号に変換するように用いられる金属箔歪みゲージ計とすることができる、請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記皮膚表面(5)への装着および固定のための特別な構成要素(8)をさらに備え、前記構成要素(8)は、中間層(6)を介して前記測定対象(7)に間接的に接触する、請求項1又は2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定対象に作用する力の変化に関する測定結果の表示および/またはデータ処理のための手段をさらに備える、請求項1ないし3に記載の測定装置。
- 少なくとも骨格筋、筋部位、腱、および靭帯の一つを含む測定対象(7)の生体力学的特性、収縮特性、粘弾性特性の選択的かつ非侵襲的な測定のための測定方法であって、
アタッチメント部(8)を用いて測定装置(A)を皮膚表面(5)上で位置決めすることと、前記皮膚表面(5)に押し付けられる前記測定装置(A)のセンサ先端部(2)に作用する力を測定する構成であって、
前記センサ先端部(2)を、前記測定対象(7)の上の前記皮膚表面(5)に所定の食い込み深さまで食い込ませ、その食い込み深さが測定される力によって変化することのない状態で、該センサ先端部に作用する力を力計または圧力計によって測定することを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記測定対象の随意活動時に、生体力学的特性、収縮特性、粘弾性特性の測定を実施することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の測定方法。
- 前記測定対象の刺激による活動時に、生体力学的特性、収縮特性、粘弾性特性の測定を実施することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の測定方法。
- 前記刺激は、外部からの電気的刺激、磁気的刺激であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
