Description

参考例SW−1。ガラス製の瓶の中で、50gのEL Polymer NA(Wacker Chemie,AG)を100gのトルエンに添加した。瓶を密封してローラーの上に24時間置いた。溶液を様々なフィルムの上に、ナイフコータによって(ある厚さまで)コーティングした。フィルムは、国際公開特許WO2009/076389(Hao、2009年6月18日発行)に記載されている方法にしたがって作製された、様々な厚さのハードコート(HC)を有する反射防止フィルであった。(「光沢又はつや消しARフィルム上のSW−1」)。コーティングされたフィルムを70℃で15分間乾燥させた。次に、乾燥した試料を、加速電圧4.80ジュール(300keV)及び線量8ミリラドで、窒素雰囲気下(<100ppm酸素)において、外気にさらした状態でE−ビーム硬化した。
Claims (3)
- 非官能性ポリシロキサン材料を含む無溶剤組成物を基材に適用することと、前記組成物を電子ビーム照射に暴露することによって前記非官能性ポリシロキサンを架橋することとを含み、
前記非官能性ポリシロキサン材料が、25℃で1,000,000mPa・秒を超える動的粘度を有する、架橋シリコーン感圧接着剤の製造方法。 - 前記組成物を閉面の状態で電子ビーム照射に暴露する、請求項1に記載の架橋シリコーン感圧接着剤の製造方法。
- 前記基材が、発泡体、紙、ウレタン重合体フィルム、及びフルオロシリコーンライナーからなる群から選ばれる基材である、請求項1又は2に記載の架橋シリコーン感圧接着剤の製造方法。
