Claims (15)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、複数のセルモジュールが垂直方向に積み重ねられ、且つ前記複数のセルモジュールのそれぞれがカートリッジ内に取り付けられるバッテリーセルを備えている構造を有するセルモジュールスタックと、前記セルモジュールスタックの下端部を支持する下端部プレートと、前記下端部プレート上に配置された前記セルモジュールスタックの最上カートリッジを固定する上端部プレートと、前記バッテリーセルの電圧を検出するための電圧検出アセンブリと、を備える、バッテリーモジュールと、
ボックス型のパックケースであって、前記バッテリーモジュールが前記ボックス型のパックケース内に取り付けられるボックス型のパックケースと、
前記パックケースに連結されたパックカバーと、
前記バッテリーモジュールを前記パックケース及び前記パックカバーに連結するために、前記バッテリーモジュールから上向きに突出している複数の固定拡張部材と、
を備える、バッテリーパックにおいて、
前記上端部プレート及び前記下端部プレートのそれぞれは、平面上に開口構造を有する矩形状で構成され、熱絶縁性部材が前記開口構造の上端部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記セルモジュールスタックを固定するための複数の固定部材が挿入される複数の貫通孔が、前記上端部プレート及び前記下端部プレートのそれぞれの4つの角に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記上端部プレートと前記パックカバーとの間に配置されたコントローラーを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーセルのそれぞれは、樹脂層及び金属層を備える積層シートから形成されたケース内に取り付けられた電極アセンブリを有するパウチ形状のバッテリーセルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記電圧検出アセンブリは、
(a)電気的絶縁材料から形成されたブロックケースであって、前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極端子接続部分に対応する前記バッテリーモジュールの前方部及び後方部に取り付けられるブロックケースと、
(b)前記複数のバッテリーセルの前記電極端子接続部分に電気的に連結された複数のバスバーの一方の端部に位置した複数の電圧検出端子に接続された複数の伝導性検知部分と、
(c)前記複数の伝導性検知部分によって検出された電圧をコントローラーに伝達するためのコネクターと、
を備えており、
前記ブロックケースは、前方部に対して開いている複数の取付溝であって、前記複数の伝導性検知部分が前記複数の取付溝内に取り付けられるように、前記複数のバスバーの前記複数の電圧検出端子に対応する前記ブロックケースの位置で形成される複数の取付溝を備え、
前記伝導性検知部分は、前記伝導性検知部分が前記ブロックケースの前記取付溝で取り付けられる状態で、前記複数のバスバーの前記電圧検出端子に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記伝導性検知部分のそれぞれは、前記伝導性検知部分のそれぞれが、前記電圧検出端子のそれぞれの前方部から前記複数のバスバーの前記電圧検出端子のうちの対応する1つ内に挿入される矩形状の構造を有するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数のバスバーのそれぞれは、前記複数のバッテリーセルのそれぞれの電極端子接続部に電気的に接続されたプレート状の本体と、前記プレート状の本体の一方の端部に形成された電圧検出端子と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケース及び前記パックカバーの接触領域は、重複方式で組み立てられ、複数の連結孔が重複領域に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記重複領域に形成された前記複数の連結孔に対応する複数の連結孔は、前記固定拡張部材に形成されており、前記バッテリーモジュール、前記パックケース、及び、前記パックカバーが、前記複数の連結孔が互いに連通するように配置される状態で、複数の固定部材は、それらの間の連結を達成するために、前記複数の連結孔を通じて挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の固定拡張部材の前記複数の連結孔の高さは、前記バッテリーモジュールが前記パックケース内に取り付けられる状態で、前記パックケースの前記複数の連結孔の高さに等しいことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の固定部材は、固定ねじ又はボルトとされることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックケースには、前記セルモジュールに対応する位置に複数の吸気ポートが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の吸気ポートのそれぞれは、前記複数のプレート状のセルモジュールのそれぞれに対応するスリットの形状で形成されており、前記複数のセルモジュールの数に対応する複数の吸気ポートは前記パックケース内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の吸気ポートのそれぞれは、前記複数の吸気ポートのそれぞれの上部分が異物の導入を防止するためのスカートの形状で形成される構造を有するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、電気自動車、ハイブリッド型電気自動車、電動バイク、電動自転車、又は通信企業の中継ステーションのための電源として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
