Description
Claims (9)
- 둘 또는 그 이상의 대상 객체를 기계적 및 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 부재로서,상기 연결하려는 대상 객체들에 대한 결합용 체결구가 다수 천공되어 있는 전기 절연성 본체;상기 본체의 전면에서는 밀폐된 상태로 본체의 배면에 대각선 방향으로 장착되어 있고, 양단부에 본체와 연통된 연결구가 형성되어 있는 판상 구조의 도전성 스트립; 및상기 대상 객체에 연결된 상태에서 상기 스트립의 연결구에 삽입될 수 있는 커넥팅 바;를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 커넥팅 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 본체는 플라스틱 소재로 이루어져 있고,상기 도전성 스트립은 금속 소재로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 본체의 배면에는 도전성 스트립의 형상에 대응하는 장착용 홈이 형성되어 있고, 상기 스트립은 상기 홈에 삽입된 상태로 본체에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 부재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 스트립이 절연성 본체의 배면에 장착된 상태에서 도전성 스트립의 배면의 일부 또는 전체가 절연성 본체의 배면으로부터 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥팅 바의 상단 또는 양단부에는 나사선이 형성되어 있고 너트와 같은 별도의 체결부재를 사용하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 부재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 커넥팅 바는 각진 하단부와 나사선이 형성되어 있는 상단부로 이루어진 볼트의 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥팅 부재.
- 개방된 전면을 통해 다수의 전지 카트리지들을 내장할 수 있는 모듈 케이스와 상기 케이스의 개방 전면부에 장착되고 전지 카트리지들을 전기적으로 연결하는 전면 플레이트로 구성된 전지 모듈을 둘 또는 그 이상으로 결합한 전지 시스템으로서,전면 플레이트의 양 측면에는 인접한 전지 모듈의 전면 플레이트와의 조합시 제 1 항에 따른 커넥팅 부재의 크기와 형상에 대략 상응하는 만입부가 형성되어 있고,상기 만입부에 대응하는 모듈 케이스의 전면 단부에는 상기 커넥팅 부재의 커넥팅 바가 삽입될 수 있는 연결용 홈과 기타 체결부재를 위한 체결용 홈이 형성 되어 있으며,전지 모듈들을 연속적으로 인접해 배열한 상태에서 상기 만입부에 상기 커넥팅 부재를 삽입한 후 체결부재에 의해 모듈 케이스에 커넥팅 부재를 체결함으로써, 기계적 및 전기적 연결이 달성되는 구조로 이루어져 있는 중대형 전지 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전면 단부의 연결용 홈은 각진 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 시스템은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차용 동력원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지 시스템.
