PU発泡材料の製造
PUR発泡材料の製造のために、出発成分として、エチレンジアミン/酸化プロピレン−ポリエーテル40質量部(OH価480)、ソルビトール/グリセリン/酸化プロピレン−ポリエーテル60質量部(OH価490)、気泡安定剤1質量部(Dow Corning Corp.の型DC193)およびジメチルシクロヘキシルアミン1.5質量部から成るポリオール混合物を使用した。ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートをイソシアネート成分として10質量%だけ高められた化学量論的量で使用した。
本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物をポリオール成分に対して30質量部の量で使用した。本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 70質量部とHFC−134a 30質量部とから成り立っていた。付加的に化学的発泡剤としての水1質量部を共用した。本発明による発泡剤組成物を用いた場合には、微細気泡構造および僅かな収縮で約32kg/m3の密度を有するPUR硬質発泡材料が得られた。
本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物をポリオール成分に対して30質量部の量で使用した。本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 80質量部とHFC−32 20質量部とから成り立っていた。付加的に化学的発泡剤としての水1質量部を共用した。本発明による発泡剤組成物を用いた場合には、微細気泡構造および僅かな収縮で約28kg/m3の密度を有するPUR硬質発泡材料が得られた。
本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物をポリオール成分に対して22質量部の量で使用した。本発明によれば、発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 70質量部とHFC−152a 30質量部とから成り立っていた。本発明による発泡剤組成物以外に、ドイツ連邦共和国特許第4439082号明細書に記載の液化された二酸化炭素8質量部を共用した。更に、化学的発泡剤としての水1質量部を共用した。
ポリスチロール発泡材料の製造HFC−365mfc/152aの使用
ポリスチロール200kg(メルトインデックス3.0〜110)を核化剤としてのタルク2kgと混合し、この混合物を常用の押出装置中に供給し、かつ溶融した。押出機の溶融帯域中で、噴射ノズルを介して、ポリスチロールに対して本発明による発泡剤約8質量%をポリスチロール溶融液中に供給した。本発明による発泡剤混合物は、HFC−365mfc 30質量%およびHFC−152a 70質量%を含有していた。
例2a)の記載と同様に、ポリスチロール溶融液中にポリスチロールに対して本発明による発泡剤約6質量%を供給した。本発明による発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 30質量%およびHFC−32 70質量%を含有していた。
例2a)の記載と同様に、ポリスチロール溶融液中にポリスチロールに対して本発明による発泡剤約8.5質量%を供給した。本発明による発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 30質量部、HFC−134a 14質量部およびHFC−152a 56質量部を含有していた。
例2a)の記載と同様に、ポリスチロール溶融液中にポリスチロールに対して本発明による発泡剤約5.5質量%を供給した。本発明による発泡剤組成物は、HFC−365mfc 30質量部およびHFC−152a 70質量部を含有していた。本発明による発泡剤組成物以外に、ドイツ連邦共和国特許第4439082号明細書の記載により、液化された二酸化炭素8質量部を共用した。
ポリエチレン発泡材料の製造
a)HFC−365mfc/152aの使用
ポリエチレン200kg(メルトインデックス3.5〜150)をポリスチロールについての例2の記載と同様の条件下で押し出した。ポリエチレンに対して発泡剤混合物約9質量部を供給した。本発明によれば、HFC−365mfc 30質量部とHFC−152a 70質量部とからなる発泡剤組成物を使用した。僅かな収縮で微細な気泡構造を有するポリエチレン発泡管は、38kg/m3の密度を有していた。
Claims (6)
- 発泡剤による発泡によって低い温度での熱伝導性に関連して改善された性質を有するポリウレタン硬質フォームを製造する方法であって、発泡剤として、
a)5〜30質量%以下の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオルブタン(HFC−365mfc)および
b)50質量%超の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオルプロパン(HFC−245fa)
を含有するかまたは該a)およびb)から成る組成物(但し、HFC−134a又はHCFC−141bを含まない)を使用することを特徴とする、ポリウレタン硬質フォームを製造する方法。 - 発泡剤として
HFC−365mfcおよびHFC−245faおよびCO2
を含有するかまたはこれらのものから成る組成物を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 10〜30質量%以下のHFC−365mfcおよび90〜50質量%超の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオルプロパン(HFC−245fa)を含有するかまたはこれらのものから成る組成物を使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 発泡剤組成物はプラスチックの性質を変性する添加剤を30質量%まで含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 発泡剤組成物をポリウレタンと発泡剤組成物とから成る全混合物に対して1〜50質量%の量で使用する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 低い温度での熱伝導性に関連して改善された性質を有する、主に独立気泡の硬質ポリウレタンフォームであって、
a)5〜30質量%以下の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオルブタン(HFC−365mfc)および
b)50質量%超の1,1,1,3,3−ペンタフルオルプロパン(HFC−245fa)
を含有するかまたは該発泡剤から成る発泡剤組成物(但し、HFC−134a又はHCFC−141bを含まない)を含有することを特徴とする、主に独立気泡の硬質ポリウレタンフォーム。
