Description
撹拌装置、冷却管、滴下ロートおよび窒素導入管を備えた反応装置に、600部の3−メトキシ−3−メチル−1−ブタノールを仕込んだ後、窒素気流下において、系内温度が80℃となるまで昇温した。
表1および表2に示す配合割合で、メタクリル樹脂溶液に沈降防止剤を加え、十分に撹拌した後、Zn粉末、Si粉末およびNocolok(登録商標) Flux(K−Al−F系フラックス、Solvay社製)を混合し、さらに撹拌混合した。その後、3−メトキシ−3−メチル−1−ブタノールを加えて、固形分濃度50%のろう付け用組成物を調製した。
フラックス:Nocolok(登録商標) Flux(K−Al−F系フラックス、Solvay社製)
3MMB:3−メトキシ−3−メチル−1−ブタノール
PG:プロピレングリコール
GLY:グリセリン
DEG:ジエチレングリコール
IPA:イソプロピルアルコール
HG:ヘキシレングリコール
<評価>
(1)沈降性
各実施例、各参考例および各比較例において得られたろう付け用組成物を、1週間生地保管し、容器底部における沈降物の度合いを目視で観察して、沈降性を評価した。評価の基準を下記する。
○:軽く振って分散する。
△:機械的撹拌で分散する。
×:沈降物が固化しており、機械的撹拌でも分散しない。
(2)密着性
各実施例、各参考例および各比較例において得られたろう付け用組成物が塗布されたアルミニウム板に対して、鉛筆硬度試験(測定方法:JIS K 5600に準拠)を実施し、乾燥塗膜の密着性を評価した。なお、鉛筆硬度が高い(固い)ほど、優れた密着性を示す。
○:塗膜の密着性が、鉛筆硬度HB以上
△:塗膜の密着性が、鉛筆硬度HB未満、3B以上
×:塗膜の密着性が、鉛筆硬度3B未満
(3)ろう付け性
各実施例、各参考例および各比較例において得られた接合体サンプルの変色の有無を確認し、フィレット長さを測定することにより、ろう付け性を評価した。なお、変色が無く、フィレットの長さが長いほど、優れたろう付け性を示す。
○:メタクリル樹脂の未分解残さや、Si粉の溶け残りに由来する変色が観察されず、片側20mm以上のフィレットが形成されている。
△:メタクリル樹脂の未分解残さに由来する黒変が一部にみられたが、片側20mm以上のフィレットが形成されている。
×:Si粉の溶け残りに由来する変色が試験片全体にみられ、片側20mm以下のフィレットが形成されている。
(4)Zn拡散性
各実施例、各参考例および各比較例において得られた接合体サンプルのろう付け部分の断面のZn拡散層を、電子プローブマイクロアナライザ(EPMA)により観測し、Znの拡散深さを求め、Zn拡散性を評価した。なお、Zn拡散深さが深いほど、Zn拡散層が良好に形成されており、すなわち、耐食性に優れる。
○:Zn拡散深さが50μm以上
△:Zn拡散深さが50μm未満、20μm以上
×:Zn拡散深さが20μm未満

Claims (3)
- 管本体と、前記管本体の外表面に形成されるろう付け用塗膜とを備え、
前記ろう付け用塗膜において、
Zn粉末が、1g/m2以上10g/m2以下であり、
Si粉末が、1.4g/m2以上5g/m2以下であり、
K−Al−F系フラックスが、3g/m2以上10g/m2以下であり、
(メタ)アクリル樹脂が、1g/m2以上3g/m2以下であり、
Si粉末に対するZn粉末の質量比(Zn/Si)が、1.5以上4以下であり、
Zn粉末、Si粉末、K−Al−F系フラックスおよび(メタ)アクリル樹脂の総量が、6g/m2以上20g/m2以下である
ことを特徴とする、熱交換器用チューブ。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器用チューブを用いて得られることを特徴とする、熱交換器。
- Zn粉末1質量部以上10質量部以下と、
Si粉末1.4質量部以上5質量部以下と、
K−Al−F系フラックス3質量部以上10質量部以下と、
(メタ)アクリル樹脂1質量部以上3質量部以下と
を含有し、
Si粉末に対するZn粉末の質量比(Zn/Si)が、1.5以上4以下であるろう付け用組成物を、
乾燥後の塗膜において、
Zn粉末が、1g/m2以上10g/m2以下、
Si粉末が、1.4g/m2以上5g/m2以下、
K−Al−F系フラックスが、3g/m2以上10g/m2以下、
(メタ)アクリル樹脂が、1g/m2以上3g/m2以下、
Si粉末に対するZn粉末の質量比(Zn/Si)が、1.5以上4以下、
Zn粉末、Si粉末、K−Al−F系フラックスおよび(メタ)アクリル樹脂の総量が、6g/m2以上20g/m2以下
となるように塗布し、乾燥させる
ことを特徴とする、塗膜の製造方法。
