Claims (2)
- ニードル組立体の作動方法であって、
該ニードル組立体は、
i)ハウジング内部を画成するニードルハウジングと、
ii)該ニードルハウジングの第1の端部から延在する第1の穿刺先端を有するカニューレと、
iii)ニードルハウジングの第2の端部から延在する第2の穿刺先端であって、該第2の穿刺先端と該第1の穿刺先端とは前記カニューレを介して互いに流体の連通をする第2の穿刺先端と、
iv)ハウジング内部に位置され、及びハウジング内部を第1のチャンバーと第2のチャンバーとに分離する多孔質の通気体であって、該ハウジング内部と外部環境との間の唯一の連通経路が第1の穿刺先端を介してのものとなるように、前記カニューレが第1のチャンバーと流体の連通をし、該第1のチャンバーから該第2のチャンバーへ通じる血液の通路のための孔を含む多孔質の通気体と、を備え、及び
第1のチャンバー内に包含されている血液が真空採集容器に引き込まれ、及び空気が第2のチャンバーから多孔質の通気体を介して引き込まれるように、第2の穿刺先端と真空採集容器との間に流体の連通を確立し、それによって、血液がカニューレを介して第1のチャンバーに流れて、多孔質の通気体に接触するように、第2のチャンバー内にニードル組立体の外部環境に対しての負圧を確立させる手段、を備え、
第2の穿刺先端と真空採集容器との間の流体の連通が解除されたときに、カニューレに包含されている血液が第1の穿刺先端から離れ且つ第2のチャンバーに向けて変位されるように、第2のチャンバーに確立されている負圧に基づいて、血液を多孔質の通気体の孔を通して第2のチャンバーに向けて引き込むべく漏れ防止手段が作動することを特徴とする方法。 - サンプルを真空採血管へ導入する血液採集組立体の作動方法であって、
当該血液採集組立体は、第1のニードル先端と第2のニードル先端、及びフラッシュバック可視化チャンバーとを有するハウジングを有し、
ニードル組立体は、ハウジングの内部を、フラッシュバック可視化チャンバーを形成する第1のチャンバーと、第2のチャンバーとに分離すべく位置されている多孔質の通気体を有するハウジングを備え、
当該第1のチャンバー及び第2のチャンバーは、空気が多孔質の通気体を介して第2のチャンバーから引き出され、そしてサンプルと共に真空採血管に引き込まれ、それによって第2のチャンバー内に負圧を確立させるように構成され、前記負圧は、サンプルが第1のチャンバーに引き込まれ、そして多孔質の通気体へ接触するのを生じさせ、
第1のニードル先端が取り外されたときには、第2のチャンバー内の負圧でもって第1のチャンバーからサンプルを第2のチャンバーに向けて引き込み、それによって第1のニードル先端からのサンプルの漏れを防止するように、漏れ防止手段が作動することを特徴とする血液採集組立体の作動方法。
