Description
Claims (9)
- 非鉄金属を非鉄金属と酸化物との混合物から獲得する装置であって、
前記混合物を投入するためのドラム(7)が内部で回転式に搭載されている加熱炉ハウジング(3)を備えており、
該ドラム(7)の回転軸(24)は水平に対して5°から45°の角度であり、
前記加熱炉ハウジング(3)の開口部(19)を開閉可能であって、前記ドラム(7)が設置されている覆体(4)によって、該ドラム(7)は、前記加熱炉ハウジング(3)内に移動可能であるとともに、前記加熱炉ハウジング(3)外へと移動可能であり、
前記ドラム(7)を回転させる回転駆動装置(8、9、10)は該覆体(4)内に収納されており、
前記加熱炉ハウジング(3)の内壁は、該覆体(4)が閉じられると前記ドラム(7)とは接触しないことを特徴とする装置。 - 加熱炉ハウジング(3)は傾斜状態に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ドラム(7)には、該ドラム(7)内部の前記非鉄金属を抽出する開口部(21)が設けられ、
さらに、覆体には、前記開口部(21)から取り出された前記非鉄金属を、当該非鉄金属を受ける容器(22)へと注入するための金属排出口(20)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。 - 金属排出口は通気口でもあることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 加熱炉ハウジングには送風ファンが提供されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 加熱炉ハウジングには送風ファンが提供されて化石燃料バーナが提供されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- ドラムの回転時に覆体は加熱炉ハウジングに対して多少開いているポジションに配置できることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 回転駆動装置はドラム用の回転受領マンドレル(8)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置と、種々な交換用ドラム(7)とを含んでいることを特徴とする構造体。
