Claims (13)
- 骨要素に固定可能であり、アライメントガイドを構成する第1のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第1のボアと、アライメントガイドを構成する第2のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第2のボアを備え、固定剛体として役立つ第1の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能であり、前記第1のボールヘッド締結具の第1のボールを収容する第1のボールソケットと、前記第2のボールヘッド締結具の第2のボールを収容する第2のボールソケットと、アライメントガイドを構成する第3のボールヘッド締結具の第3のボールを収容する第3のボールソケットを備える第2の構成要素と、
前記第2の構成要素及び前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能であり、前記第3のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第3のボアを備える第3の構成要素と、
手術器具を収容する少なくとも一つのガイドであって、前記第1のボールヘッド締結具及び前記第2のボールヘッド締結具が互いに連携して働いて二以下の自由度で調節を行って、移植片用に前記骨要素を準備するために該少なくとも一つのガイドの二以下の自由度でのアライメントをもたらし、前記第3のボールヘッド締結具が更に第三の自由度の調節を行って、前記移植片用に前記骨要素を準備するために該少なくとも一つのガイドの三つの自由度でのアライメントをもたらすガイドと、からなるアライメントガイド。 - 前記第1の構成要素が、前記第1の構成要素を前記骨要素に取外し可能に定着させる締結具を収容する少なくとも一つのボアを含む、請求項1に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 屈曲/伸展角度、内反/外反角度、遠位側切断の切除レベル、前側/後側位置決め、内旋/外旋、及び内側/外側位置決めから成る群から選択された二以下の自由度を制御するように調節が行われる、請求項1に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第1の構成要素が、コンピュータ支援ナビゲーションシステムのナビゲーション追跡装置を更に備える、請求項1に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第2の構成要素が、コンピュータ支援ナビゲーションシステムのナビゲーション追跡装置を更に備える、請求項1に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第1の構成要素に対する前記第2の構成要素の向き及び相対変位が、前記二自由度を制御するように継続的に調節可能である、請求項1に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 骨要素に固定可能であり、アライメントガイドを構成する第1のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第1のボアと、アライメントガイドを構成する第2のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第2のボアと、を備え、固定剛体として役立つ第1の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能であり、前記第1のボールヘッド締結具の第1のボールを収容する第1のボールソケットと、前記第2のボールヘッド締結具の第2のボールを収容する第2のボールソケットと、アライメントガイドを構成する第3のボールヘッド締結具の第3のボールを収容する第3のボールソケットと、アライメントガイドを構成する第4のボールヘッド締結具の第4のボールを収容する第4のボールソケットと、アライメントガイドを構成する第5のボールヘッド締結具の第5のボールを収容する第5のボールソケットと、を備える第2の構成要素と、
前記第2の構成要素及び前記第1の構成要素に対して移動可能であり、前記第3のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第3のボアと、前記第4のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第4のボアと、前記第5のボールヘッド締結具を収容する第5のボアと、手術器具を収容する少なくとも一つのガイドと、を備える第3の構成要素と、を備える、移植片を受け入れるように骨要素を準備するためのアライメントガイドであって、
前記第1のボールヘッド締結具及び前記第2のボールヘッド締結具が互いに連携して働いて二以下の自由度で調節を行って、移植片用に前記骨要素を準備するために前記少なくとも一つのガイドの二以下の自由度でのアライメントをもたらし、
前記第3のボールヘッド締結具、前記第4のボールヘッド締結具、及び前記第5のボールヘッド締結具が互いに連携して働いて三以下の更なる自由度で調節を行って、前記移植片用に前記骨要素を準備するために前記少なくとも一つのガイドの三以下の更なる自由度でのアライメントをもたらし、
前記第1の構成要素に対する前記少なくとも一つのガイドの調節の合計自由度が五以下の自由度である、アライメントガイド。 - 前記第1の構成要素が、前記第1の構成要素を前記骨要素に取外し可能に定着させる締結具を収容する少なくとも一つのボアを含む、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 屈曲/伸展角度、内反/外反角度、遠位側切断の切除レベル、前側/後側位置決め、内旋/外旋、及び内側/外側位置決めから成る群から選択された五以下の自由度を制御するように調節が行われる、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第1の構成要素が、コンピュータ支援ナビゲーションシステムのナビゲーション追跡装置を更に備える、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第3の構成要素が、コンピュータ支援ナビゲーションシステムのナビゲーション追跡装置を更に備える、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第1の構成要素に対する前記第2の構成要素の向き及び相対変位が、前記二自由度を制御するように継続的に調節可能である、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
- 前記第2の構成要素及び前記第1の構成要素に対する前記第3の構成要素の向き及び相対変位が、三以下の更なる自由度を制御するように継続的に調節可能である、請求項7に記載のアライメントガイド。
