Claims (20)
- 照明装置であって、
少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子がその上に載置される基部と、
前記基部に取り付けられ、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を取り囲み、第1の波長変換材料を含む少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁と、
前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁に取り付けられる湾曲した頂部要素とを含み、
前記基部、前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁及び前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した頂部要素が、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子をその内部に収容するチャンバを画定し、
前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した頂部要素が、前記第1の波長変換材料とは異なる第2の波長変換材料を含むことを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記基部が、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子に接続された印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板に接続された熱拡散器とを有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子と前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁との間、及び前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子の光線照射領域と前記基部との間に、反射要素をさらに含むことを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁は、上から見たときに円形、楕円形、三角形、または四角形から選択された形状を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記チャンバを満たす透明光学材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記湾曲した頂部要素は、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子に近づくように没入した凹形状、または前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から遠ざかるように突出した凸形状であることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 請求項1に記載の照明装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した側壁は、前記湾曲した頂部要素と結合する位置では第1の直径を有し、前記基部と結合する位置では前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 照明器具と該照明器具を取り囲むリフレクターとを備えた装置であって、
前記照明器具は、
少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子がその上に載置される基部と、
前記基部に取り付けられ、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子を取り囲み、第1の波長変換材料を含む少なくとも1つの側壁と、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁に取り付けられ、前記第1の波長変換材料とは異なる第2の波長変換材料を備える少なくとも1つの頂部要素とを含み、
前記基部、前記少なくとも1つの側壁及び前記少なくとも1つの頂部要素が、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子をその内部に収容するチャンバを画定し、
前記リフレクターは、前記照明器具の高さよりも大きい深さを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記頂部要素は反射性を有し、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子で生成された光線が前記少なくとも1つの側壁を通過して放射されるようにしたことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁に光学的に結合され、前記少なくとも1つの側壁を通過して放射された光線を、前記少なくとも1つの側壁を通過したときの該光線の方向に対して概ね直交する前方方向に反射するように構成された反射要素をさらに含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記基部が、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子に接続された印刷回路基板と、前記印刷回路基板に接続された熱拡散器とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記チャンバを満たす透明光学材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記頂部要素は、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子に近づくように没入した凹形状、または前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から遠ざかるように突出した凸形状であることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記少なくとも1つの側壁は、前記頂部要素と結合する位置では第1の直径を有し、前記基部と結合する位置では前記第1の直径よりも大きい第2の直径を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 照明器具と、該照明器具が配置される穴を中央に有する光拡散構造体とを備えた装置であって、
前記照明器具は、
光線を放射できる少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子と、
基部要素、少なくとも1つの側壁要素及び頂部要素により画定され、前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から放射された光線を受け取ることが出来るチャンバと、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から物理的に離間した前記チャンバの第1の部分を覆い、第1の色変換特性を有する第1の波長変換材料と、
前記少なくとも1つの半導体発光素子から物理的に離間した、前記第1の部分とは異なる前記チャンバの第2の部分を覆い、前記第1の色変換特性とは異なる第2の色変換特性を有する第2の波長変換材料とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置であって、
前記第1の波長変換材料及び前記第2の波長変換材料が、互いに異なる蛍光体を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置であって、
前記チャンバの前記第1の部分が、前記少なくとも1つの側壁要素を含み、
前記チャンバの前記第2の部分が、前記頂部要素を含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置であって、
前記光拡散構造体は、第1の導光体と第2の導光体とを含み、前記照明器具は、前記第1の導光体と前記第2の導光体との間にあることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項18に記載の装置であって、
前記第1の導光体及び第2の導光体に光学的に結合される光拡散前側板をさらに含み、前方方向へ反射された光線が前記光拡散前側板によって拡散させられることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置であって、
前記チャンバの前記第1の部分は、第1の交換可能な部材であり、前記チャンバの前記第2の部分は、第2の交換可能な部材であることを特徴とする装置。
