Description
硝酸カリウム(KNO3)または硝酸グアニジンなどの、硝酸塩、
ペンタエリスリトールおよびその誘導体、特にジペンタエリスリトール、トリペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化/プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、またはソルビトール(またはD−グルシトール)などの、アルコールおよびその誘導体、ならびに
ポリリン酸アンモニウム、リン酸グアニジン、1,2,3−ジオキサホスホリナン、またはピロリン酸アンモニウムなどの、リン誘導体またはリン酸誘導体から、特に選択され得、
これらの1種以上の添加剤は、好ましくは、硝酸カリウム(KNO3)または硝酸グアニジンなどの硝酸塩(好ましい硝酸塩は、硝酸カリウムである。)、および/またはソルビトールまたはペンタエリスリトール誘導体型のアルコール(およびその誘導体)、好ましくは(特に補強ストランドが切断または細断されることを意図される場合)、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化/プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、およびソルビトールの中、ならびに特に好ましくは、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトールおよびソルビトールの中から選択される。
20から95重量%の有機材料(複数含む)、
1から60重量%、特に5から40重量%、および好ましくは10から30重量%の少なくとも1種の難燃剤、
1から60重量%、および好ましくは10から40重量%の、本発明による大きさにされたストランド、ならびに
0から50重量%の無機/鉱物充填剤を、有し得る。
Claims (14)
- サイズ組成物で覆われた補強ストランドであって、
前記サイズ組成物が、
少なくとも1種の被膜形成結合剤と、
少なくとも1種のカップリング剤と、
硝酸塩、
ジペンタエリスリトール、トリペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化/プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、またはソルビトールから選択されるアルコール、および
リン誘導体もしくはリン酸誘導体、有機リン化合物、環状エステルリン酸塩、または有機ホスフィン酸塩
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤と
を含むことを特徴とする、補強ストランド。 - 前記少なくとも1種の添加剤が、
硝酸カリウム(KNO3)または硝酸グアニジン、ならびに
ポリリン酸アンモニウム、リン酸グアニジン、1,2,3−ジオキサホスホリナン、またはピロリン酸アンモニウム
からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補強ストランド。 - 前記サイズ組成物が、赤リン、酸化アンチモン、またはハロゲン化化合物を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1および請求項2のいずれかに記載の補強ストランド。
- 前記少なくとも1種のカップリング剤が、アミノシランおよびエポキシシランからなる群から選択される有機シランを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の補強ストランド。
- 前記少なくとも1種の被膜形成結合剤が、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、アクリルコポリマー、ポリビニルアセテートおよびポリオレフィンエマルジョンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の補強ストランド。
- 前記サイズ組成物が、少なくとも1種のポリウレタン被膜形成結合剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の補強ストランド。
- 前記サイズ組成物が、少なくとも2種の異なるポリウレタン被膜形成結合剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の補強ストランド。
- ガラスストランドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の補強ストランド。
- 1つ以上の金型の基部における多数の孔から流れ出る多数の溶融ガラスストランドが、連続フィラメントの1枚以上のシートの形態において引っ張られ、次いで前記フィラメントが、動く支持体上で収集される1つ以上のストランドに組み合わされる、1つ以上の補強ガラスストランドを製造する方法であり、
前記方法が、前記フィラメントが引っ張られる間および前記フィラメントが前記1つ以上のストランドに組み合わされる前に、フィラメントの表面上にサイズ組成物を付着させることを含み、
前記サイズ組成物が、
少なくとも1種の被膜形成結合剤と、
少なくとも1種のカップリング剤と、
硝酸塩、
ジペンタエリスリトール、トリペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、エトキシ化/プロポキシ化ペンタエリスリトール、またはソルビトールから選択されるアルコール、および
リン誘導体もしくはリン酸誘導体、有機リン化合物、環状エステルリン酸塩、または有機ホスフィン酸塩
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤と
を含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項1または9のいずれかにより定義される補強ストランドを含む、成形可能な組成物。
- 前記組成物がまた、少なくとも1種の難燃剤、少なくとも1種の充填剤、または、少なくとも1種の難燃剤と少なくとも1種の充填剤との組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、以下の配合:
20から95重量%の有機材料(複数含む)、
1から60重量%の少なくとも1種の難燃剤、
1から60重量%の前記補強ストランド、ならびに
0から50重量%の無機/鉱物充填剤
を有することを特徴とする、請求項11および請求項12のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 請求項11から請求項13のいずれか一項において定義される組成物から得られる、改善された耐火性を有する複合材部品。
