Claims (6)
- 流動層を形成して原料とガス化剤の反応により生成した生成ガスをベッド材上部のフリーボードから取り出すようにしているガス発生炉のパージ方法であって、ガス発生炉の運転停止時に、ガス発生炉の下部から不活性ガスを供給してベッド材のガスを不活性ガスでパージし、ベッド材上部のフリーボードに水蒸気を供給してフリーボードのガスを水蒸気でパージすることを特徴とするガス発生炉のパージ方法。
- ベッド材のガスを不活性ガスでパージする作業と同時に、フリーボードのガスを水蒸気でパージする請求項1に記載のガス発生炉のパージ方法。
- ガス発生炉の運転停止時にフリーボードをパージする水蒸気に、ガス発生炉から取り出される生成ガスと熱交換して得た水蒸気を用いる請求項1又は2に記載のガス発生炉のパージ方法。
- ガス発生炉が燃焼炉と流動層ガス化炉とからなる循環流動層炉である場合において、ガス発生炉の運転停止時にフリーボードをパージする水蒸気に、前記流動層ガス化炉出口の生成ガスと熱交換して得られた水蒸気と、燃焼炉下流の排ガスと熱交換して得られた水蒸気の少なくとも一方を用いる請求項1又は2に記載のガス化設備のパージ方法。
- 流動層を形成して原料とガス化剤の反応により生成した生成ガスをベッド材上部のフリーボードから取り出すようにしているガス発生炉のパージ装置であって、ベッド材の下部に不活性ガスを供給してベッド材を不活性ガスでパージする不活性ガス供給手段と、ベッド材上部のフリーボードに水蒸気を供給してフリーボードのガスを水蒸気でパージする水蒸気供給手段とを備えたことを特徴とするガス発生炉のパージ装置。
- ガス発生炉が燃焼炉と流動層ガス化炉とからなる循環流動層炉である場合において、水蒸気供給手段が、流動層ガス化炉出口の生成ガスと熱交換して水蒸気を得る第1の熱交換器と、燃焼炉下流の排ガスと熱交換して水蒸気を得る第2の熱交換器の少なくとも1つを有する請求項5に記載のガス化設備のパージ装置。
