図1は、本発明によるデータ自動記録装置100の概略図である。図1のデータ自動記録装置において、制御論理112は、1つ以上のセンサー106から信号を抽出し、その結果をデータ記憶手段110に蓄積する。好ましい実施形態において、制御論理には、センサー106、108からのアナログ信号を、データ記憶手段110に蓄積するためのデジタル値に変換するアナログ‐デジタル(A‐D)変換器が含まれている。制御論理112にはさらに、センサーの値を規則的な間隔で周期的に蓄積することを可能とするタイマーが含まれている。検知される温度を検知するか蓄積する制御論理の少なくとも一部は、電源102によって電力が供給されている。

2.ユーザーがパッチを着用する間の温度範囲に、外部温度センサーを露呈する。適用される温度は、体温が温度変化に反応できるよりも速く変化することが重要である。

Claims (20)
- 基礎体温を推定するシステムであって、
ユーザーの第1の温度を測定する第1の温度センサー、
1つ以上の前記第1の温度の測定値を第1の生理データの組として蓄積するデータ記憶手段、
前記第1の温度の測定値の表記を前記データ記憶手段に蓄積する制御論理、および
前記蓄積されたデータの少なくともいくつかを送信する送信機を備えたデータ自動記録装置と、
前記データ自動記録装置から前記蓄積された第1の生理データの組の少なくともいくつかを受け取る受信機を備えたデータ読み取り装置と、
前記データ読み取り装置で受け取った前記第1の生理データの組にアクセスするデータ処理装置とを備え、
前記データ処理装置が、睡眠時の前記第1の温度の測定値で示される、低下する体温を外挿して、前記ユーザーの基礎体温を表わす最低の体温を推定するシステム。 - 前記データ処理装置が、さらに睡眠時の前記第1の温度の測定値を以前の睡眠時に取られた体温−時間曲線と比較することによって前記基礎体温を推定する請求項1に記載のシステム。
